I ordered from doordash and I called the store to give me a cajun sauce. And when my food arrived, the sauce wasn't there. And he gave a tomato based ketchup which I'm allergic to.And then I called them again, same guy answered. It was this latino dude, and I asked him why I got a ketchup instead of the sauce I asked???!!!! What was the point of calling him and ask for a specific stuff, if he will do this. And he was yelling at me denying that he didn't give me a ketchup. Where it's clearly a ketchup!!!!And he was yelling the whole time, and upset that I complained about it.I have an allergy with specific of stuff, why can't this people do one favor for their customer????? It’s in San Bruno Location! And this rude latino guy.This really make me not want to buy here!! It used to be my favourite, now not anymore. The way they treated me is so rude.This type of people and customer service is what would kill this business. How are you guys keeping this type of people????

This is just a review/request to their new added delivery/pickup app options for Grubhub and Ubereats, etc. Please update to split out the three side choices for the plates as I like to get the same sides and add on a smaller side options. Tried ordering it the way in the apps and even calling, but they always mess up the order, so would be easier for the workers to get a straightforward receipt with it clearly listed out instead of hoping they take the time to read my notes????

I've had Vegan Mob at 4 different locations and this one's another great one. I had already been going to Hangry Planet for a late night vegan snack so it was a nice surprise to see that Vegan Mob would start operating the food truck in their parking lot. I could use another spot in SF but this is cool cause I can go to Hangry Planet for a beverage or vegan ice cream coneSmackaroni for the win.

The food is amazing! But the pricing makes no sense. I bought a spicy fried chicken plate which cost 50% more than a louisiana fried chicken plate, but essentially was the same. (Some chicken and sides)Also it’s tough to keep track of where y’all are. I was looking forward to the oakland 12th st location but I made the trip to San Bruno for it.Anyway, the chicken is still good, so I’ll be back.

Just placed a phone pickup order for my usual spicy chicken with spaghetti all around. I like to add on new items to try along with it. This order was a let down as I order a side of briskets and the Mob Burger Cheese rolls at the San Bruno location using their website menu. I didn’t know the menu was different from online to in person. It was disappointing when I got home and received a burger with fries instead of the rolls. If the person taken the order told me this I would have order something else. They always seem to have people working there that look spaced out or can’t muster up caring about customers and getting their order right.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s the parking lot of the gas station to need to worry about stairs. The cashier can easily step out and grab your payment if not able to reach payment station

Got takeout recently from the vegan mob truck. I’m not the biggest fan of vegan meats, so I ordered a plate with four sides. They were ok, if you’re a vegan I think you’d enjoy the variety of options. For me, everything was just a little too sweet, including the spaghetti. But if you’re looking to try something different check them out.
