Long overdue review - so happy I got catering here for a party at home during the summer. Really delicious options that I haven't seen on other Vietnamese catering/party tray menus, like bahn khot (savory pancakes topped with shrimp) and bahn goi (fried meat-filled hand pies). Also got some classics like egg rolls and skewers, but the savory pancakes and fried pies were the big hit of the party. Tofu skewers were great but chicken skewers were dry. The customer service was amazing. I got a text within an hour of submitting my catering request, and they really worked with me to pick options that worked well for my budget and number of guests. Everyone LOVED the food. Can't say enough good things!

Chicken wings is on fire love how crispy and it wasn't overly greasy. Every bite was just enough, most places either give you not enough Ben sauce on it or way too much where it's over powering. Give the wings 5/5. The shrimp banh cot was another 5/5 crispy. Banh with lemon grass chicken is pretty darn good! Since I don't do dark meat often it's not bad. I prefer an all meat but the taste is all there. I give it a 4 out of 5 in terms of flavoring I wish the banh mi was a bit more crispy.

I've ordered twice from them and both times, the food were great and fresh. I highly recommend the lunch box special. We had enough left over for the next meal. It's a great deal. Will definitely order from them again.

I catered from here for my birthday and it was so worth it! They helped me create a catering bundle that best fit the number of guest I have and their dietary restrictions. I asked to changed some of the menu items and they were very accommodating and quick to respond. The food is amazing! We got banh hoi that included all the veggies and meat (thit heo, chicken lemongrass, and chicken). The thit heo really stood out to me. The skin was so crunchy but the meat was juicy and full of flavor. The banh khot was 10/10. So good that I think about from time to time. If you ever wanna support a local viet place, please considering ordering from this family establishment! Cảm ơn!!

Because if a tech issue with the ordering, my order said it was processing but didn’t get filled. I called to check in on the food right as the restaurant closed and, though they weren’t able to get my order filled that night, they immediately offered me a free meal to make up for my troubles. We had a sampler box and a Bahn Mi. All the veggies were super fresh, meats well prepared/spiced, and all the sauces were exquisite (especially the fish and peanut).Thanks for making up for the mistake and for making delicious food that my family loved.

Food is very fresh. Efficient locker pickup for takeout orders. Parking is limited. There are many food delivery folks hovering inside the pickup area with their cars double parked with hazard lights on.
I had the carmelized chicken w/egg omelette (Ga Kho). To be honest, i was on the verge of tears eating this because you can never get this anywhere! It's super nostalgic and as a 1.5 gen Viet American it warmed my heart to have this food. It comes with hearty vegetable soup.I've tried other items on the menu too, Banh Hoi skewers which was rlly good.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options!Dietary restrictions: Very willing to accommodate dietary restrictions

Ordered food, restaurant didn’t mark themselves closed online. order was marked as ‘ready to pickup’ then waited 40min a for my food until someone got in touch stating they weren’t open. You guys need to get your house in order.

I got the Restaurant Week special Lunch Box. Mini banh mi, shrimp+pork spring rolls, banh hoi, egg rolls, nuoc mam chicken wings, bo kho Beef Stew cup served/mini baguette, and Vietnamese iced coffee. Everything was really tasty and the produce was fresh. Order way ahead if you can because anything at Oakland Food Hall takes 2x longer than stated. Worth the wait, just plan accordingly (30-60 min wait).

I was blown away by how good everything was! It's hard for me to choose a favorite but I really liked the egg rolls and spring rolls. The box is so cute!! I'm glad to be supporting a small business like this with such yummy food! It really makes me miss my mom's viet food, my favorite fix for viet food in the east bay for sure!
