For the most part, this place is good. There are two things I would recommend:
1. They tell each other in Spanish when there isn’t a product but don’t tell the customer. They seem to think people don’t understand what they’re saying.
2. The salad was old. The lettuce was wilted and the chicken tasted so fake.

We stopped for frosties after lunch, just ordered regular vanilla and chocolate. The person on the register apologized but said they only had vanilla right now. They said they could still do mix ins though. They mentioned cherry (not shown on the board) so we got one cherry, one brownie and one caramel. The cherry was very, very good. The caramel was mostly crunchy sugar but okay. The brownie was just terrible, texture and taste. If it was baseball, one out of 3 wouldn't be bad. Here, not so much.

Both the food and service at this location have really went downhill. Manager is dismissive and unconcerned about the business. Food items are subpar and made carelessly. I'd highly advise going somewhere else.

It is a popular spot for locals to grab lunch in this location. It is the closest Wendy’s FF restaurant in the area. Their chillie and Dave ‘s Double sandwich are items I would recommend if you are Hungary for large portion of food. I have not tried their grilled chicken sandwich nor their salad. It is located directly across from the mall with Safeway and a local Starbucks across the street.
It seems like service in the fast food industry is a joke for example I was handed my food at this Wendy's the lady in drive thru and said here no good day no your welcome and I ordered via the app and ordered a large drink she handed me a small drink when I pointed out to her she acted like I was lying and took for ever to replace, then when I asked for napkins she was very rude I hope someone has the ability to make a change this is terrible service.

Not your best choice. Homeless man harassing people at the drive thru, staff couldn't give a crap about doing their job. Drink machine was broken and they thought it was funny. Waited for 5+m while they stared at it and laughed before I just drove off.

This is the FOURTH time I've come to this Wendy's for a Mobile Order pickup and the same staff looks at me, and continues to carry on as if I am not standing at the mobile order pickup line. They PURPOSEFULLY make you wait. Wendys corporate needs to be notified. This is HIGHLY disappointing, as the food quality is good, however the customer service is HORRIBLE with no courtesy.
