I went to buy some hamburgers at Wendy's 🍔 my family and I spent almost 69 dollars. Everything was going well until I got home and it turned out that they didn't give me my order of 10-piece chicken nuggets. The worst thing was that I called twice and they never answered, that is, they had a disconnected line. We ate our burgers 🍔 and then I went back to claim my order of chicken nuggets, which they did give me. By the way, they gave me some small potatoes to repair the damage. But it doesn't end here. I asked to speak to the manager to complain because his line was disconnected. His response is as follows. The company does not have 1 phone line, to which I responded how could this happen if Wendy's is a very large food chain. I worked at 2 Wendy's in Asheboro North Carolina and there at the 2 Wendy's they have phone lines. I asked her where to file a complaint and it turns out that the phone number that she showed me on the receipt doesn't answer either, so what are we talking about. I placed my order and when I went to get it, the waitress only gave me the sandwich and said that I didn't order the coffee. So I said, "Ma'am, I ordered the coffee, otherwise I wouldn't be waiting and I know what I ordered." Then she said again that I had only ordered the sandwich and that she wouldn't take my order. What's the point of me wanting to fight over a cup of coffee in the morning? It doesn't make sense. It would have been better if she had said that she didn't hear me and sold the coffee. The owners are the ones who lose out by having such an incompetent person working in this establishment. Sad.

I just purchased maple chicken bacon breakfast sandwich from here. One of the guy who was working at the drive thru counter served me a cold sandwich and I requested to have the sandwich warmed up in a very nice and polite way. The guy at the drive thru counter refused to warm up my sandwich and said he can give the money back in a very rude manner. But I said I don’t need the money back! I just need the warm sandwich. The guy got very mad and threw the sandwich in the trash can from very far away. He got really pissed of because just I said the sandwich I got is cold. His attitude was very unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable to buy any food at this restaurant moving on.
