Custom service is terrible. I might be wrong but the lady at the drive thru is low key racist. Not only that she refuses to uphold the menu price and lies about items on the menu being a certain price. Her excuse was she didn't have her glasses. And was rushing me the whole time. I asked her to please give me a minute while I look at the menu. And not even a three seconds after me telling her she says are you ready to order. I had to tell her ma'am I haven't been to Wendy's in a minute please have some respect and give me a few seconds to look at the menu. She didn't care because she repeatedly kept telling me are you ready to order. So I was like ok whatever let me just order so she stops harassing me. When I got to the window she said I have to go to lunch. I respectfully told her ok I'm not sure why your telling me this. Can you get someone else to just finish ringing me up so that I don't waste your time then. And she said no... They have other things to do. I didn't want to make the situation worse being it being Sunday and I'm headed to church with my family so I just let it go. I didn't want to argue. This lady definitely shouldn't be working there because she obviously hates her job to act like that. Management should definitely talk to the Hispanic lady. I believe that's what she is in her mid thirties or early 40's with the excuse I don't have my glasses in the drive thru. About customer service. Because she was very disrespectful huffing and puffing the whole time through the speaker as I try to order like she was irritated. God bless her. Hopefully she changed her ways and starts being a little bit more humble.

I went to buy some hamburgers at Wendy's 🍔 my family and I spent almost 69 dollars. Everything was going well until I got home and it turned out that they didn't give me my order of 10-piece chicken nuggets. The worst thing was that I called twice and they never answered, that is, they had a disconnected line. We ate our burgers 🍔 and then I went back to claim my order of chicken nuggets, which they did give me. By the way, they gave me some small potatoes to repair the damage. But it doesn't end here. I asked to speak to the manager to complain because his line was disconnected. His response is as follows. The company does not have 1 phone line, to which I responded how could this happen if Wendy's is a very large food chain. I worked at 2 Wendy's in Asheboro North Carolina and there at the 2 Wendy's they have phone lines. I asked her where to file a complaint and it turns out that the phone number that she showed me on the receipt doesn't answer either, so what are we talking about. Wendy's, you are the worst, so many people buy hamburgers and you go out with that. What a little mdr
