The service is very kind and fast. The atmosphere is common nothing special. And the food was so poor, very few ingredients in the burrito that asked for dinner. Keep working to be better.

First of all the potatos I ordered where dry, you would think that they would change over there food after so much then being stored in there warmer. So I added chili to it to ignite the dryness of the potatoeThe customer service wasn't organized, as it seems that they didn't know who was running the front, as It seemed that I had waited for 5 minutes before they took my order.There dining was clean, but they didn't have a front door, as you have to walk through the gas station just to get into the restraunt.Parking: You have to park in front of the store or a long side of it if you want to find parking, but beware, that there's a lot of cars going in and out getting gas or things from the gas station.

It was after 9 p.m., and the gas station that Wendy's share the front doors was closed. You could go through the drive-through, and we did. They didn't have the food we were looking so we got something else. It was ok, but after sitting in a broken down car for hours it was food.

June 12, 8:55am. I was waiting patiently for the store to open when the lady at the drive through screamed at me saying "we are closed, you're going to have to go to the drive-through" which It was kinda weird since I had no car with me, but saw another customer walking through there picking up food so I follow her directions. I stood there for a minute until another car was nice enough to park close to me to active the order. Once I walk to pick up my food the same lady at the window screamed at me..again saying " I told you we were closed, you just messed up my thing" and before I said anything she slammed the window shut. Again I was following directions giving by HER. How unfortunate, won't he shopping here ever again.

Please avoid this Wendy's they will try to steal your debit cards. My partner went to this location today around 11:45 AM for some lunch. The drive thru worker was a Hispanic lady and she had a nasty attitude problem. She did not give him his debit card back after paying for the order. We tried calling the restaurant many times to see if they have his card, but they aren't answering the phone. Now have to order a new one and wait for it in the mail for a week. Definitely don't recommend this Wendy's, the Wendy's in San Leandro on Davis is way better..

3/27/23This was #DriveThru so I can't comment on the insides. But one thing I love about Wendy's is typically their burgers are ULTRA juicy, at least at the locations I used to frequent. Unfortunately my burger here was fine, but it wasn't as juicy as others, and the fries pretty much sucked--even fresh they were soggy.So, I do think this is on the bottom 20% of Wendy's by taste.1/5#oakland #eastoakland #fastfood #americanfastfood

-5 star is more like it Will never go here again I asked for a 4 for 4 it was like $8.00 can't sub anything to make the meal better I asked for a large and was told they can only give me a medium size drink for the price of a large
