Normally I never write anything but the truth is that the girl who is the cashier mistreats people and serves them reluctantly because they work as cashiers if they don't have patience. Besides, they didn't want to lend the bathroom and they did lend it to other customers.

Yesterday I went to wing stop with my husband and sister in law and I go here a lot or sometime I always order through DoorDash because I love you guy's wings but yesterday since I got there and this girl started taking my order talking to me so brutal and in my mind I was pissed that she was giving me attitude I Don't understand why was I getting this bad customer service I felt bad for my family because they Felt bad about this There was other two African-American people that went before us they wanted to Swish there fries or add something to there fries and my family said why is she treating them good not giving them attitude like she did with us They don't speak English So For me I felt bad because my sister in law just got to the USA and she was surprised about this girl customer service I Love you guy's food is my favorite place to go Everytime I want wings we go to Wingstop is my favorite place like I said but I feel like customer service comes first before anything Food was great that day it was just not a good service never like writing reviews this is actually my first one but this one I couldn't have let it slide just like that bad services for this girl there was another girl really nice to us and she handed us our food and that's what am talking about I've been a cashier too have been a cashier and The first thing customers see is how you treat them and what good service you give them. If you give them the worst service, do you think they will come back or want to order from there ever again? That's why we spend our money in food places but if they treat us in an ugly way it doesn't look good. I feel bad for my family because they love their food and that day we got the worst service ever. About this place I just want you to take into account what I say and do something because if this continues like this they are going to go bankrupt due to bad service

Man, I've been coming to this place since the 10 piece meals were like 13$ and hit every time. Now the price has gone up to 21$ for a 10 piece meal and maybe it'll be good. At this price (more than 2$ a wing) these should be hella good every time. This last time I ordered two 10 pieces I didn't even get a full 10 pieces, I got home and saw I only got 8 pieces in one and 9 pieces in the other which was just a waste of money. Hella disappointing.

I am a Disabled Senior and I love Wingstop. This particular day I was returning from a trip from Monterey and had to use restaurant after a three hour drive. I went in ask if they could let me in bathroom. Cashier Amanda Reyes told me I had to buy something, I said ok but please let me use bathroom first I can't hold it. Amanda was very rude and would not let me use restroom first. I had to humiliate myself and go outside and urinate in public. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service rude employees shame on her.
