Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

They don’t take food health safety to serious. There hands weren’t washed or wearing gloves. They have bad hygiene all around everything was crossing contaminated.

The store in Lafayette Louisiana on congress and ambassador caffery are rude as hell. They treat their elderly customers like crap! My mother tried to use her coupon from verizon and messed it up ( yes that’s her fault) she immediately asked to cancel and redo it right then and there so the coupon would attach and they told her no she can’t do that. And they didn’t have anyone there to help her with a refund but told her it would take 6-8 days for her money anyway. So she paid and the fries they gave her were all dried out tiny crumbs that are at the bottom usually, her whole fry order was that. They lucky I don’t have time to go there today cause they’d be getting an education on customer service cause that is ridiculous. Older people deserve patience especially when they are being reasonable and not Karen’s. Needless to say we will not be back to that store or any wing stop except for when I go back in there and talk to the manager about this.
They don’t allow you to attach a picture cause I wish yall could see these fries. Somebody was being childish and petty to an older lady. Just pathetic.

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
They cancelled my order 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered... I want my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Screws up my orders EVERY time. I always pay extra for all flats, this past order (decided to try one more time) - got all drums. Ordered Louisiana Dry Rub, got BBQ. Always wrong!!!

Do not do a National Wings Day and hide when you app crashes and made it impossible to enjoy. Several I know got ignored and not extension. Therefore all 20 will not be coming back to Wingstop. Good bye. You have competition and it’s time for them to be tried.
