Well I don't know what they put in their chicken, but full disclosure you might start experiencing side effects if you don't get your fix. Consider yourself warned. Love this spot! The chicken spice level is so good. Even the spicy levels are still flavorful. My favorite thing to get is the fries topped with chicken and coleslaw. I go here at least3 times a month. their MONEY sauce is amazing

I don't eat a lot of Tennessee Fried chicken or Fried Chicken sandwiches in general but this is probably the best place with my limited palette (Literally just fast food chicken sandwiches). You order on the QR code through your phone or the guy at the front helps you order it on the device, absolutely no cash whatsoever. There's sitting but its just sidewalk with some benches and a table. This IS Downtown Oakland so be sure keep an eye out for your surroundings. Had a guy came up to me aggressively panhandling for food, dude was fit, had good clothes, and clearly isn't struggling in anyway financially since after I rejected him he just pulled out a bottle of vodka and started drinking. The food is pretty quick and delicious honestly. Super moist chicken, big piece of thigh honestly which is super impressive. Overall a really good sandwich and not more than I ask for. TLDR: Good food Reasonable price Just be safe around here

Well I tried the hot chicken strip challenge and failed miserably. The strip itself was big tender and juicy, everything I wanted, but it kicked my butt. The fries were delicious as well. The person who took my order warned me, he was cool as hell and very honest. I sat outside and the tables and chairs were clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly. I will be back but no more super spicy for me.

The inside was not open so there's a QR code to scan to order your food outside at the side door. I ordered the chicken sandwich mild. Let me tell you mild is still pretty spicy. But it was a good level of spice for my taste buds. I feel like if I went the next level it would've been too spicy for me. The bun was very soft with a nice sweetness to it and the coleslaw helped to balance out the spice. The chicken was very tender and melted in my mouth. The crinkle cut fries were also very good and had a good crisp to them! 11/10 I'd come back for more!
