Hard to find good soul food in Oakland and I think I have found it. Everything I had was 10/10. The customer service was 10/10. The owner came and checked in spoke and made sure I was happy with my food.

Service was horrible! I ordered food to go and waited over a hour for it while the staff stood around and did nothing. I requested a refund multiple times. Finally a woman told me they did not give refunds. I spent over $70 and I received nothing. I do not recommend this business.

The food was awesome 👌I had the oxtails, and if I tell you I was dancing in my seat and humming the whole time. If your a foodie like myself your going to love this place, so be ready to make plenty of returns like I'm going to because I need to try everything on the menu. Now the wait staff might need a bit of training on how to handle the patrons in order to get better tips. We were paying our tab and I asked our server her name, and realized she never introduced herself. But all-in-all it was an awesome first visit, I will be back.

THE FOOD - THE FOOD - THE FOOD!! I had the prawns & fish combo with 2 sides (greens & yams). My son had the prawns & chicken combo with mac n cheese and yams. I tasted his mac n cheese and talk about stringy cheese with every bite. Also, the fries. Totally not expecting them to be extra good - but they were! Crunchy with salty and hint of sweet seasoning. Everything was delicious! When we drive from the Central Valley to Oakland, we're always looking for Soul Food restaurants. This is by far the very BEST I have had. No need to go anywhere else! If you are passing through or living in the area, do yourself a favor and come to this restaurant. Also, the R&B Playlist added to the experience. All around GREAT meal! THANK YOU!!

Friendly folks, good music, and they were kind enough to give me a little treat on the house when I went back to grab something that I'd left.

Stop in the Bay area for the day. Y's Y's Y's Y's Choice restaurant came highly recommend. Great choice!! I enjoyed every piece of my meal. The turkey chops meal was on Point, the collard green, Mac n cheese 👍🏾not to mention the Kool-Aid was on the menu. I had to have it😂. The vibes was on point, music, the staff! Yep this was a good choice.

The food is some of the best soulfood I have had. My wife loved the crab, the shrinp, the greens, lamb chops and the mac n cheese. The food is off the chain. The atmosphere is good, the music was perfect as well. I will be back. Now the service was fair. Wait staff profesionalism needs work. A dress code is needed (sweat pants not a good look). The wait staff was also passing around a baby while handling food. They were carrying the baby in and out of the kitchen (not a good look). The waitress was nice but you beed structure for them to build. They have beer and wine available, I am sure they will add a liquor license later which would be awesome. All and all THE FOOD was excellent!!!! 10 stars for the food.
