They have 2 vegan flavor, which is fantastic but the fruit toppings looked dry, improperly kept and unwashed. For the price I'm not impressed. We'd have loved some fruit but the fruit was simply ugly, we opted for mochi.

Very rude service, I went there with my kid and service dogs, there is a sign at the door that says “ service dogs allowed” as soon as I stepped in I got kicked out in the most mean way by a guy who I believe is the owner or manager, he didn’t even ask if they were service dogs just pointed the door and asked me out. By the way I was literally standing by the door, my plan was to stay there while my kid get his treat, pay and leave. There are nicer ways to let people know that dogs are not allowed, my kid cried and was very disappointed because he really wanted to try the place but after reading their reviews I believe they made us a favor and understand why the place is empty all the time.

I walked in and grabbed a cup but since they were stacked over 2 feet high a few fell over and this rude old Asian dude came over and stood there while I picked everything up, then I asked for a sample up to try the flavor before I buy it and he gave me so much attitude and said we don’t do that and once I chose my flavor i wanted toppings so I went to the station and his had glass over it so it’s difficult for someone that’s not behind the counter to scoop stuff so I asked them for mochi and he screamed at me it’s self serve and when I went to pay they were very rude again. Over all terrible service, and my friend was touching topping spoon and the old Asian guy yelled at him too

I must say that my granddaughter loves this store...when she is happy so am I.
Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter is able to choose all kinds of different fun toppings. That makes her so excited.

This place went way downhill. It smells terrible, is dirty, and the overall vibe is grungy. I used to love bringing my kid here for an after school treat, but I will not be coming back. Definitely seems very unsanitary.

Folks providing service are always lovely. COVID protocol is fine. Yogurt is fine also. Conveniently located.BUT. I just topped my cup with some gummy bears and they were sooo stale. Literally cracked in my mouth like hard candy when I ate a bite. Gross. Rest of the gummy candy looked stale too. I shouldn't have taken a risk. I understand in COVID times are hard but please ffs throw out and replace your old toppings. Not a good cost cutting measure . I just wanted gummy bears in my yogurt :(
Sorbet was yummy. I had the mango which I liked most of the two flavors I got. Feel that the açaí should have more of a purple than red color with more of its natural fruit blended in. Clerk was polite and helpful. Love their hours. Will be back. ❤️

This Yogofina was dirty and messy. If it wasn't for a borderline addiction my wife and I have built up over the last month I wouldn't have eaten anything. As it was I didn't touch the toppings and tip toed around. Gross. Couldn't even enjoy the yogurt after because it felt contaminated.
