A solid three star experience. The store is not especially clean. Most yogurt stores are very clean and white and sparkling. This one is not so much that. Some of their toppings, the ones on the wall, look like they've been there for a long time. They had a good yogurt selection and the service was friendly.

I must say that my granddaughter loves this store...when she is happy so am I.Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter is able to choose all kinds of different fun toppings. That makes her so excited.

Love this place. Hits all my needs: consistently offers a few vegan flavors, has my fav toppings, owners are humble, kind, and warm. Location is right nearby hella places I visit. Ambience is warm and welcoming and colorful and organized and clean. Only request: elongate evening hours especially during our west coast warm up season (July-October). At least they open 7 days a week. Writing this at 7:30 pm right after a heatwave and was longing for a visit there try weekend... but will try mañana!

This place went way downhill. It smells terrible, is dirty, and the overall vibe is grungy. I used to love bringing my kid here for an after school treat, but I will not be coming back. Definitely seems very unsanitary.

I was totally excited on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon to stop by Lakeshore Blvd in Oakland. I was looking for a frosty treat and found this place. It seemed okay, not too busy while all the other shops on this street are buzzing with people moving in and out. We went in and I got even more excited when I noticed the Mango Sorbet. I got the biggest cup and filled it half way. I then added multiple flavors of boba and some chopped almonds. I could hardly wait to devour this tasty treat. The first bite I knew something wasn't right. The almonds were rock like beyond the normal crunch and stale. Upon closer inspection, they were brittle and brown like they were old and starting to petrify. I found one that had fuzzy hair and probably wasn't a nut at all. I called the store to notify them but he seemed casual and unconcerned saying I'll look into it. I insisted on letting him know that it wasn't a normal thing like hair from a person then he said like something from an animal. I couldn't say but hey maybe. GROSS!! Needless to say, my excitement for a nice frosty treat, was a bust. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

I love this place, I'm recently addicted. I've been 3 times. I've tried to go 8 times. Unfortunately, it's often closed when the posted hours show open. I don't know if it's just a staffing issue but I hope they can get it together so I can enjoy it more lol.

They were extremely rude to me. I tried to go in there with my small dog (no sign that says dogs are not allowed) and in a super mean way, the guy who was sitting there kicked us out saying that no dogs allowed. There are nicer ways of telling people that they can come in with their dogs. You don't have to ruin someone's day by giving a crappy attitude. No wonder why they have such low rating

More like melted yogurt. It was barely frozen coming out of the spout. Happened on multiple flavors.

Folks providing service are always lovely. COVID protocol is fine. Yogurt is fine also. Conveniently located.BUT. I just topped my cup with some gummy bears and they were sooo stale. Literally cracked in my mouth like hard candy when I ate a bite. Gross. Rest of the gummy candy looked stale too. I shouldn't have taken a risk. I understand in COVID times are hard but please ffs throw out and replace your old toppings. Not a good cost cutting measure . I just wanted gummy bears in my yogurt :(

Taste: 3.5Value: 3Service: averageYea...I can't believe we spent $20 on froyo with two people and our cups weren't overflowing. The froyo itself tasted fairly good - certain flavors had a bit of an icy and almost watery aftertaste versus the creaminess I would appreciate. The toppings for the most part seemed fresh except the mochi was a bit tough so likely on the older side. While I normally want to support the mom and pop stores over chains, I can't really justify that with the price and quality here.

Product: Quality seemed pretty good to me. I will say it's pretty expensive, but I haven't had froyo in years so I wasn't sure how the market is now, but my cup costed me like $11-$12. Trying to get by in Lakeshore downtown can't be cheap though. Otherwise everything was tasty!Service: Good! Seemed like a Mom and Pop shop! Support our locals!Area: Busy area. Parking can be hard to find. No public restroom
