I walked by the restaurant when I was visiting last week, and read the menu in the window. It looked good and the location was close to where I was staying, so I invited my brother and sister-in-law to join me for dinner that evening. It is clean and friendly, and the food was great, and the prices were reasonable. I had the special for that night, Coq au Vin. It was served on a bed of mashed potatoes, with baby carrots (not overcooked) on the side. Yummy. The sauce was not too...
95 percent fantastic. Service was great, and food was delicious. Beware that you may be offered bread, without being told of the cost. Also, my friend got a side order of vegetables with her burger. I got a side order with my entree. Hers was a small bowl and mine was a large one; each was $7. Odd. But, in the end, we both very much enjoyed our good and nice service.
This place was so good and the people are very nice, too! We had the crab cakes, grilled bread, lobster ravioli, and risotto with blackened salmon, plus some drinks--on and off the happy hour menu. It's a classic, chill atmosphere, we will definitely be back!
