I ordered the fizzy peach drink with popping boba, and the Dubai chocolate strawberries. The drink tastes good but was watery, the Dubai chocolate strawberries were so disappointing. The strawberries were overly ripe and mushy and there was barely any chocolate in the cup, they’re also premade and not fresh. $16 for this was insane. The worker was very nice though and worked quickly while being by herself with a lot of orders to complete.

I really like the music and friendly customer service provided by this store. The drink flavors are excellent and the boba is cooked perfectly! The strawberry dubai chocolate is so delicious. I’m so happy they have that as an option. I do want to shout out Carolyn. She helped me out today and hustled during a rush of customers. The drink I ordered was the lychee fruit tea with regular boba. Something light and refreshing on this hot day. Thank you so much Bubbles Tea & Dessert! ❤️

First, the customer service was not welcoming. Second, the boba didn’t have any flavor; it was plain. Third, the tea was water down, I couldn’t even taste the actual flavor of the tea I got. Moreover, I wouldn’t waste my money here; low quality boba tea.

Not your standard milk tea. Brown sugar tasted like flower petals and strawberry banana smoothie taste like bubblegum. Presentation is nice though. 1/5 would not recommend

this store is way understaffed and the staff was making quite a lot of people wait. The staff was really nice but her drinks were way too sweet and the Thai tea doesn’t even taste like Thai Tea. My friends and my drinks were very thick, I believe that the drinks should be more watered down.
