This location has become my top choice since the Fairfield location closed. I previously had an issue with a past visit, but I spoke with a supervisor about the experience, and Rafael took the time to listen and address my concerns. He was courteous and apologetic, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this location consistently serves the best Carl’s Jr. burgers in the East Bay.
