This location constantly gets delivery orders wrong. Then they make the customer wait another 45 plus minutes to get the corrected order. They don't offer and rush or discount for the additional wait and they don't even apologize for getting it wrong. It's pizza come on kind of hard to mess up!

I ordered and they said 20 min then I went back to get my food they said someone else alr picked it up but nobody did and then they said give them 10 more min to make another one then I got home to eat the pizza it was the wrong order

The delivery driver left a bunch of pizzas and sodas on my porch and I looked at the receipt and it was at the wrong house. So I tried to do the right thing and call Dominos in Oakley, CA to tell them that they accidentally dropped their delivery off at the wrong house. 15 minutes later and it's still on my porch. I called Dominos back and the lady who answered the phone was completely RUDE to me! I said I just wanted to make sure the guy is coming to get it and she said "I TOLD YOU HE IS ON HIS WAY". this pizza has been at my house for 25 minutes! also, I heard they aren't even allowed to take the pizza back and deliver to the right people because it's against the rules. GROSS. I would be mad if this was my order and it sat outside at a random persons house for 30 min with flies all over the boxes. Yuck!

Pizza is good, but the app to order needs an overhaul by a programmer. Plus, I never got the notification that the Pizza was ready.

Super close by my house and has amazing deals for little to nothing I’ve ran into some issues before such as them messing up my pizza but they are super helpful and take care of the situation immediately

They are so nice and polite at this location. I'm very picky and they made my order just as I asked with a smile.
Dominos is quick to deliver, food comes hot and it's affordable for so many. That being said, it's not the worst pizza but not the best either. It's adequate. The new tots are not so good. Ours came not crispy a little mushy and not hot. I don't think they travel well in the boxes as they allow steam to come in. It's great for a crowd of kids. I like it enough to buy it occasionally and love the free pizza offers, making it even more affordable.

Okay went back I decided to be generous and give another star because I did figure out that you can order your food online and pick it up through a drive-through so it won my heart there.Overall it's not that bad if you just pick your food up and don't sit in for vibes to seep in your aura if you're sensitive or crazy however you'd look at that. LOL Anyways id recommend it for the drive thru! I've never seen a pizza place with one!

Worst dominos in the world how do you take 36 minutes just to prep the pizza and not put in the oven I'm literally outside watching all the workers just stand around. It's not even busy. This is the worst customer service I've ever had in my life and it is unacceptable.
