2nd time I have gotten a drink at this location and it's not been good... Service is great. Just disappointed- I pay for drinks and head out of town take a drink and it is gross š I tried to drink this and ended throwing it away...This drink was not very old on a cold day... Tasted like regular decaf coffee with syrup in it. It is supposed to be a Blended Golden Eagle.

This review is solely about Madison who was there for the afternoon shift on 08/16/25. Her excellent customer service outshined the long wait. Madison has such a calm demeanor that it made the wait not as bad. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied, all while training another colleague.

Service is exceptional, but if you are a true coffee drinker, this place is NOT for you. Who uses chocolate milk in their drinks for adults? Everything seems kid friendly, nice for the whole family, but older folks may want to avoid the āamusement parkā atmosphere.

Has gotten my entire order wrong multiple times. Caramelizer tasted like milk with a little bit of coffee and no caramel at all. Also got all of the drink sizes wrong even after repeating order back correctly.

They charge extra 30Ā¢ for a shark attack and 10/10 times make it wrong and it taste like garbage watery brown color with no flavor.
