This review is solely about Madison who was there for the afternoon shift on 08/16/25. Her excellent customer service outshined the long wait. Madison has such a calm demeanor that it made the wait not as bad. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied, all while training another colleague.

Service is exceptional, but if you are a true coffee drinker, this place is NOT for you. Who uses chocolate milk in their drinks for adults? Everything seems kid friendly, nice for the whole family, but older folks may want to avoid the “amusement park” atmosphere.

Has gotten my entire order wrong multiple times. Caramelizer tasted like milk with a little bit of coffee and no caramel at all. Also got all of the drink sizes wrong even after repeating order back correctly.

I think they need more help . Spent 55$ all our drinks was water down and melted by time we got to the window . I ask can they remake the drinks they gave me attitude I’ll never go here I been going to Dutch bros in Modesto for a year now and never had an issue UNTILL I came to this location . DONT MAKE THE DRINKS UNTILL THE CAR IS NEAR
I have been going to the Oakley location for quite some time now. Yesterday they didn’t have large cups or medium cups. So I had to get my normal large in two small cups. The problem with that one melted ugh. Because I get a double blended rebel. Then today they didn’t give me a sticker. I had to park and get out and ask for one which made me late for work. So I am disappointed with the service.
