This review is solely about Madison who was there for the afternoon shift on 08/16/25. Her excellent customer service outshined the long wait. Madison has such a calm demeanor that it made the wait not as bad. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied, all while training another colleague.
This is almost not a coffee place. Instead of promoting traditional coffee drinks, they go big on their energy drinks and blended concoctions, which are absolutely delicious. I love how they hire outgoing and customer oriented people because I can always count on friendly service. There are times where the line is so ridiculous that I skip it. They also have a massive selection of sugar free syrup options so the keto diet is safe here. Kids love it and they earned an extra...
There were 2 people waiting on people in their cars; however, they were only doing one car at a time. They should have walked down the line of cars taking orders. The line was very long, as usual.
