Expensive, not the best service, and always terribly long wait times. I’ve gone at least four times now and half the time they have messed up my order and the other half of the time I have been stuck in the drive-through just waiting.
This last time I went to order Mini hotdog bites and they told me it was gonna be a wait and I said no thank you and then I asked if they had cinnamon sugar nuggets ready and she said yes so I ordered those and then I was stuck behind this truck for at least 7 minutes. I ended up reversing out of the drive-through because I literally ordered something that they said was ready because I didn’t wanna wait and then I’m forced to wait behind somebody else because their food isn’t ready? That’s not fair nor makes sense.

This place is the spot to get a Jamba. Friendly atmosphere clean environment and quality products. The workers are very friendly and inviting. The owners are wonderful. They gave me some sample Jamba gummy bears for my kids while we were waiting. Kids loved them now. I gotta buy Jamba gummy’s all the time

Woke up on the other side of the bed this morning, so I treated myself to some Jamba Juice and auntie Anne’s cinnamon pretzel while blasting my podcast because… PMS. The drive thru option was a lifesaver cus who wants to walk with cramps. 10/10 best therapy session ever. Everything was exceptional.

Absolutely worst drive-thru experience! With only three cars in line, I waited 30 minutes after ordering, completely stuck behind other vehicles. There were seven employees inside, but no customers. When I finally got to the window, my order was said ready, but the teller couldn't apply my BOGO coupon, only giving me a discount worth half the coupon's value. I waited another 5 minutes after being told everything was ready. The $8 pretzel dog was tiny and cold, though the Jamba was decent. This unacceptable wait ruined our evening, especially with a screaming 5-year-old in the backseat.
The atmosphere here is quite depressing. The staff seems to be tense whenever management is present, and I witnessed an employee named April being disrespectful to others on one occasion. I won’t be returning to this location. If you value and respect hard-working individuals, please do not support this Jamba location. It’s disappointing—didn’t this Jamba just open? It’s sad and makes me uncomfortable being here.
