This place is great… as long as your order is never wrong. If it is, you’re in for the time of your life — and not in a good way.
They messed up my order, I called, came back, and they still didn’t have the replacement put in. Then they insisted I bring back the burrito with one bite in it, even though the wrong item was clearly printed on the receipt. The attitude from the staff was insane, and when I asked for a manager, they only offered me a drink instead of refunding their mistake.

My wife and wanted some nachos to have while we watched the game. They were awful. We had them with beef and the meat had no flavor at all. The whole meal was blaw. Not sure I'd go back. To many other choices.

I’ve lived in this town since I was 4 years old so I remember what La Costa used to be. It was a tiny shack that had the best Mexican food around. Now a days they have a nice building with a fountain outside. It’s so convenient for me to get a quick bite after I’m done with Jiu jitsu at Growth Mindset Collective. I really love this place since the owner lives here in Oakley. We should all be supporting our local business owners that make Oakley a good place to live.
The service is very fast. It is always super clean. Everything is priced very well. The food is so so good. Everything we'd had was so good and authentic Mexican food. This spot is one of our top favorites. I always recommend this place to everyone.

From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant colors and traditional decor instantly transported me back to the streets of Mexico. They were so fast with getting your food to you. Even when they’re busy they’re so efficient and fast. The food was AMAZING. I had the burrito platter and my girl had the taco platter. We also got a small civeche shrimp bowl with extra tortilla chips. The atmosphere was good. They had an outdoor dining area. Overall 10/10 for me. Will travel to come eat at this place again.
