Later I found something else was wrong with one of our orders and told the young lady who seemed to be in charge, and she was very apologetic and sincere. She even offered to remake for us, we were short on time, but I appreciated the gesture nonetheless.Overall it was ok.

This place is such a nice hidden gem in Oakley. Personally the store isn't too big but they provide long benches for you to watch them roll the ice cream as you wait for yours to be made. Maybe 5 tables with an arrange of 2-4 seats each, definitely enough room to stay and eat your ice cream. I think the service was good. Patient when picking flavors and give recommendations when asked. They also work together if not busy to make sure yours is exactly how it should be made. Definitely creamy, cute touch as it's made into rolls and definitely ALOT more than you think you'll have. No frills, no fuss. Just something close and yummy.

Rolled ice cream is a nice concept but this place isn't it there are only few good items (fruit items). The place has nicked up walls and there a pictures and posters all over and there are flies. In short the place is just dirty and the food is sub par. If your looking for a good rolled ice cream this isn't the place.

delish, go try it for yourself and find it out, food is fairly quick to be made and the staff are nice, it's more of a walk in and order then leave but there are tables for you if you wanted a quick sit, good place overall!

The vibes are off in this place. To start the windows outside are really tinted which, makes the storefront look sketchy! When you're inside the shop, it's clear that they have not renovated or put money in their appearance. There is a polar bear mural on the wall, but all the other surfaces and lighting inside are dingy and dark. The music playing was odd and eclectic. They also sell jewelry and fake nails, and small funko pop like figures. All of that makes the place feel disjointed. The young girl taking my order was nice and recommended my fruity pebble flavor. She made my ice cream and the amount you get doesn't seem comparable to a regular scoop. For $7 & $9 I feel we should get more and a decent amount of toppings. I feel that they skimp out of toppings. Taste wise, it was okay, not bad, but not the best ice cream that I've had.
Great service and variety, especially compared to Cold Stone. They added a self order machine for when there's a wait, which can take a while with the heat we've been having.

I got the strawberry banana. The ice cream wasn't smooth and was hard. The picture shows it comes with strawberry and bananas. The ice cream was too sweet for my liking. I did not the the syrup on top of it. It made it waaaay too sweet. When I checked out I asked them if I needed to add strawberry toppings or if it already came with the order. The woman said that it did in fact come with the order and j did not have to add it. However, when I got it the ice cream; the banana was on there, but it was missing the strawberry fruit topping. They fixed the issue tho :)

First time coming here. Didn’t even know they were in a shopping center near me. The store windows are tinted very dark so you’ll have to make sure the open sign is lit. The store needs some renovations or upgrades so it can look brighter and inviting.They roll the ice cream in front of you which is pretty neat to watch if you’ve never seen seen it made (rolled). We ordered Rocky Roll, Mint Chocolate Chips, and Ube (Taro). My niece loved her Rocky Roll it had a lot of toppings, my friend liked her mint she rated it about 3.5 stars. My Ube was ok too. It took a few seconds for the flavor to hit my taste bud. My topping was whipped cream and sprinkles (not a fan). I kind of wish it had white chocolate shavings or Ube sprinkles.The service was great. Fast and friendly. It’s a bit pricey than normal but considering the pandemic, everything, went up in price. The sizes are confusing so make sure you look at the cup. They asked me if I wanted medium or regular (I failed to look at the cups). The regular is bigger than the medium just FYI. Overall it was ok.
