This is the 3rd time I've called to order pickup over an hour before closing and have been turned away by staff stating they're closing early or they have too many orders to still make and they can't take my order with an hour and 20 minutes until closing time, so basically saying they can't make a small pizza in 80 minutes. What type of business does this???? I hope you're upper management reviews this and fires the staff here for Not doing their jobs( ie take people's orders and service them, not give them bs excuses so you can go home early) I will never do business here again.
UPDATE I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ONE MORE TRY......MY MISTAKE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, STOOD AT COUNTER OVER 5 MINUTES BEFORE EVEN SEEING AN EMPLOYEE. WHO THEN PROMPTLY IGNORED ME STANDING THERE WAITING TO ORDER A PIZZA, FINALLY I JUST WALKED OUT. I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN. Me and my family came into the Oakley location yesterday evening To celebrate my mothers birthday , I was extremely pleased with how kind and attentive Shahlah was making sure me and my family had everything we needed to enjoy a really special day for us , our food came out all at the same time and the quality of our pizza that we received was absolutely amazing give this girl and those wonderful employees in the back a raise immediately they deserve it

We called at 9:05pm to place a simple order for pick up and that location closes at 930pm they told us they were out of dough. Who runs out of it? That location always seems empty so how they run out of items? If they didn't want to bake it then don't answer the phone. The workers there do not seem friendly, they have no sense of costumer service. The owner needs to do an undercover boss episode for reals, do better RT

We had the worst experience here. We went to celebrate my daughter’s last game for the season and they were just SO rude. One employee sat on her phone at a table almost the entire time we were there. Everything we asked for and paid for was clearly an annoyance to them. When it was time to leave and we asked for boxes said employee on the phone told us she was on break and we’d have to wait and she didn’t know where the other employee was, mind you she’d been on “break” the whole time. Just a terrible experience all around. Not the vibe we were looking for at all.
