We called at 9:05pm to place a simple order for pick up and that location closes at 930pm they told us they were out of dough. Who runs out of it? That location always seems empty so how they run out of items? If they didn't want to bake it then don't answer the phone. The workers there do not seem friendly, they have no sense of costumer service. The owner needs to do an undercover boss episode for reals, do better RT

We had the worst experience here. We went to celebrate my daughter’s last game for the season and they were just SO rude. One employee sat on her phone at a table almost the entire time we were there. Everything we asked for and paid for was clearly an annoyance to them. When it was time to leave and we asked for boxes said employee on the phone told us she was on break and we’d have to wait and she didn’t know where the other employee was, mind you she’d been on “break” the whole time. Just a terrible experience all around. Not the vibe we were looking for at all.

I was served a large pizza that was cooked without pepperoni so cook decided to burn some pepperoni and toss it on the pizza 🍕 the worst service I received in pizza history. Please look at the pics I'm uploading

Lady at the front ruined the whole experience she ignored me for 5 minutes then told me I have to wait 5 more minutes while she was counting money at the front, she was being extremely rude.

This review goes to the shift leader named Kevin. I ordered an XL pizza with red sauce. The pizza was delivered but had barely any sauce on it. My pizza was basically cheese and bread. So I drove down to ask for some sides of red sauce to put on my XL pizza where the shift leader, named Kevin, charged me. Didn't seem like a necessary charge, since I drove down there to correct THEIR MISTAKE. I was literally the only customer inside on a Saturday evening at 5pm.

My order was placed at 5:00 pm and it said it would be ready at 5:22pm and it is now 5:52 and my order is still not ready and has not been put in the oven. The manager is telling everyone that they do not go by what we’re being told online. I asked why my pizza was still not even in the oven said they are backed up. I would not be coming back here it’s horrible and it looks also very dirty. The pizza is expensive and not worth it.

Just leaving a quick review based solely on my experience during the ordering process.

Ordered a $300 order earlier today to be delivered on the evening to a workplace for the team. The first order took place online, but when I realized that there were going to be more attendees, I called back to see if I could add another pizza, salad, and wings to supplement the original order.

First, and foremost, the person on the phone is having a baaaaaad day. It's apparent from the tone of annoyance when I am asking questions. Second, they said that they completely ran out of lettuce, so they cannot fulfill any salad orders. Girl...that's a restaurant and takeout! This order is in a few hours. Someone should GO OUT AND BUY lettuce for your business. I have worked in numerous restaurants, and I would say it's fairly unusual for a place specializing in this type of menu to "86" lettuce this early in the day. WTH?

To cap it off, she couldn't do anything for me, in the end. I had to go back online and make a second order for the same time to be delivered. I guess now we cross our fingers that all arrives on time and together??

Very disappointing, Round Table. Can't say you would be my go-to next time.

Ordered a pizza apparently through a round table call center. Then the Oakley round table apparently outsources door dash drivers to deliver your pizza. In our case neither the driver or the pizza showed up. Door dasher claims we denied the order. But never took the pizza back to the restaurant. Essentially beware that round table will take your money, door dashers will take your pizza. Now we have to go through some email/call center to get a refund. This is 100% Round tables able responsibility we did not place an order through door dash. I would never recommend ordering from any company that outsources their deliveries to a 3rd party that they cannot trust.

I love the pizza because it's uniquely fresh ingredients. The Oakley store employees seem like they dobt want to be there. They never smile or it feel like customers are bothersome. The salad bar doesn't look clean nor are the ingredients fresh. I rarely have pizza there for those reasons. The company as a whole has the best pizzas however.

I'm so mad, my family got a stomach bug, the worst part is we paid 75 dollars to get sick ... when I ordered over the phone, I thought wow sounds super nice, when I walked in.. the place was a mess, bathroom was dirty, salad bar not refilled, the person was in the back, and when he came out, his shirt was dirty with pizza all over him, like buddy wear an apron, I used to run a round table and the way this is being ran, is sad this is my local round table now.. next time I will deff order from somewhere else.
