Hands down the worst Starbucks I have encountered. I have been there multiple times and they cannot get a single order correct even if it's just plain coffee. It has to have grounds throughout the coffee. It's just awful. I'm tired of complaining and asking them to remake drinks and food. I will not be returning.

I always get great service from really nice people. My drinks have always been great... Until today. I received what I would call coffee flavored milk. (BTW I don't like milk much) The guy handed me my coffee super dark and I asked if he remembered the cream(honest mistake) He says,"oh yeah I'm sorry" and I watch him pull out a container that looked like a milk jug but assumed it must be cream. Go to my car and yuk! Awful milk. I sat there thinking until I convinced myself I didn't want to take this drink and took it inside. Another guy was there and I told him it tasted like milk and I wanted sweet cream. He asks me if I want a new or more sweet cream and I know it tasted too much like.. IT WAS MILK. He remakes it and while he's doing that he hear the first guy tell him, "I need sweet cream". He put his head down and then proceeded to make my drink without looking at my old order cup(since he tossed it in the trash). I watch him add the SAME 'cream' from the fridge below as the first guy does. He hands it to me and it doesn't have cinnamon dulce on top. He says he's sorry and before I say anything he adds cinnamon powder. I take it to my car, take a drink and it's WORSE than the first. Barely tastes like coffee at all but instead tasted like?? You guessed it.. MILK!!! This time I'm fairly sure he missed my 6 shots. Ok I'm not a complainer. But I enjoy my $12 coffee and spend over $200 on just coffee from Starbucks per month, easily. This is my first time giving in and complaining. My problem being, WHY LIE ABOUT IT?! TELL ME YOU'RE OUT OF SWEET CREAM SO I CAN DECIDE WHAT TO DO FOR MYSELF!!! ?

Bought a cold brew that tasted FOUL! I later found out that they used unfiltered tap water and the manager KNEW about this and still served it. But anything to make this stupid company an extra buck, right?

Either it’s a hit or miss when ordering mobile order here. They will only recognize you if you stand there for more than 5 mins waiting to make your mobile order. Not even that busy at 12:35 in hot afternoon.
It’s nice they have screen monitor to see the status of mobile orders.

Absolute worst Lavender Matcha Oat milk I have had this season. There is no lavender taste, it is way to heavy and isn't maide properly at all. If you are going to show a photo of a drink, the baristas should know how to make it properly. I have had this same beverage from other locations and it's was not only beautiful but delicious. This is so terrible I will just be throwing it away.

The employees need to slow down when making customer’s their drinks! I haven’t had my drink made correctly in the last few days. It’s so annoying that they can’t get a simple drink right because they’re in such a rush to make so many…. Do better Starbucks!!
Well maintained store, relatively smaller compared to regular Starbucks size. It was busy when I visited. Service was good, even through there was line. There is good amount of parking in the shopping area where the store is located.

The two times I’ve been here I’ve waited so long especially up front and once I get my drink I barely get 3 sips because of all the ice they put into it but I guess it’s my faufor pay $8 for one coffee ?
