I had to repeat my order several times and they still managed to make my drinks incorrectly. White Chocolate Hot Chocolate should not have milk chocolate drizzle. A London fog isn't just Earl Grey with Steamed Milk.... It should have vanilla syrup. Get it together y'all. I've done your job before. It's not that hard. The location seemed charming and I had high hopes, but in the end all I tasted was disappointment.

been to this locations a few times now and it’s always horrible they always get my drink wrong even if i’m ordering extra to ensure my drink is made correctly. very careless and rushed even if it’s a slow paced environment plus horrible attitude from employees as well. so glad their opening a new one hopefully their trained better.

Stopped at Starbucks on my bike ride. Ordered a drink and food. I wasnt waiting long for my order when the staff asked me what I ordered. When I replied, the food and drink came up immediately. I enjoyed my good out on patio.

The coffee is okay, again it's Starbucks. I just get a tall coffee with an add shot, no milk or cream or sugar. What I love is the service at this location. They are far above the rest of the Starbucks in the local area.

I came to order a decaffeinated espresso, but they made it incorrectly. I went back to let them know and asked for a new one. However, the manager, Susi, gave me a really bad attitude and looked at me disrespectfully, saying, “This is it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. Management should address this immediately and consider replacing her with someone who knows how to speak to customers respectfully.

I got semi truck I can’t go drive thru I just walk in to drive thru window they don’t want my order the lady working inside siara she’s rude behavior she said it’s for my safety purposes I just wanna ask you if someone comes in lobby then what you gonna do I came many times this place they always accept my order but today the lady have nagitive attitude

Terribly loud in this Starbucks. I witnessed several people have to travel to the outside area because the workers were blasting music. The employees also had to ask for people to either speak up or repeat their requests because of the volume in the store. Impossible to think or work in this Starbucks.

I went in on the weekend when it wasn’t too busy and the music was so loud it actually hurt my ears. I tried to ask a question, they couldn’t hear me nor did they even bother to look at me when I was standing there. I’m done with Starbucks never again.

It’s definitely a popular location. However the staff always seem to be in a good mood and are pretty friendly whether you go inside or through the drive thru.

I can only order Carmel macchiato from here because that's the only drink they make right. Shaken espresso are always bad with either too much ice, it tastes awful, or the cup isn't filled. For awhile I was ordering the iced lavender latte but those starting getting made poorly too. People are nice but the coffee isnt. Drive through is usually very long too, to the point your out in the street. I don't know maybe they are under staffed.

Disappointed! Hubby went to get us a dragon fruit lemonade extra dragon fruit and a caramel extra hot coffee this morning. No extra dragon fruit as you can see in the pictures, coffee is cold and no flavor of caramel. I couldn't go back due to school drop off otherwise I'd get them remade. Not going back there!

The staff were friendly and helpful. This location was very busy with drive thru, on-line and walk-in orders but the staff was purposeful and efficient. I was made to feel welcome in this location and was at ease while drinking my coffee and reading my book.

As often as I have been to this location, I am disappointed in the appearance of the front of the store front. It's very dirty and unkempt. Hard to enjoy the outdoor seating in such filth.
