Absolute worst Lavender Matcha Oat milk I have had this season. There is no lavender taste, it is way to heavy and isn't maide properly at all. If you are going to show a photo of a drink, the baristas should know how to make it properly. I have had this same beverage from other locations and it's was not only beautiful but delicious. This is so terrible I will just be throwing it away.

The employees need to slow down when making customer’s their drinks! I haven’t had my drink made correctly in the last few days. It’s so annoying that they can’t get a simple drink right because they’re in such a rush to make so many…. Do better Starbucks!!

Well maintained store, relatively smaller compared to regular Starbucks size. It was busy when I visited. Service was good, even through there was line. The two times I’ve been here I’ve waited so long especially up front and once I get my drink I barely get 3 sips because of all the ice they put into it but I guess it’s my faufor pay $8 for one coffee ?

Great remodel, but no improvement in customer service. Lila walked away from me three times. She walked up to the counter with no "hello". Just a "what can I get you?" She was ringing me up with a garbage bag in her other hand. She rang me up and had me pay for the drink. Then she started to walk away. Then I was like wait a minute, I wanted a pastry. (She didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, which is what they usually do.) She rang me up for the pastry then began to walk away again. I asked her for my gift card balance? She told me to get out my card to scan it again. Shouldn't she be asking me if I wanted a receipt to begin with? Really cold, no thank you, no goodbye. Super strange experience.

Employees who work the drive thru aren't nice or friendly. They never say hello, when you pull up to the window they just say the price. When I say thank you they stare at me and turn around, no goodbye.

Always a pleasant time when I visit here. My most recent visit they were soo nice. Though it took awhile to get my order through the drive through (they accidentally burned one of my sandwiches in the order and had to remake it) they were very friendly.

I’ve been a Starbucks customer for many, many years. Dozens of different locations, across the country. However, today, I met the nicest barista I have ever come across at the Oakley Station location next to Crossroads church. I didn’t catch her name, but she has pink hair and glasses. I will be returning to this location again just to tip her for being the kindest worker i’ve come across in years.

Ever since the remodel they are extremely slow at finishing the order in the time the app states. The app said my drinks would be done in 5 - 10 minutes and it took over 35 minutes. I thought one day of this is just a hiccup and things happen but several times I have had this happen before I decided to write this review. I hope management checks this and makes some changes. Ive never had issues with my app orders and the time frame they have provided.

They made the kitchen twice as big, took away seating and have the stereo cranked so loud you can't have a conversation. Clearly they don't want people in this place.The counter is pushed out so far toward the tables that if there's a line, good luck maneuvering with a walker. There's also no where to stand to wait for your order. Not well thought out.

I was ordering and the girl that was taking my order was very sarcastic, and was not having it. Was a big order, and yet on one of the drinks that had stuff added and was charged for every single thing I asked for, and out of everything I only got the Carmel.
