None of the promotions are valid at this location. Might as well reframe from even being a Subway if you won’t honor the brands specials and promotions that drive customers to want to spend their money with your location.

I recently visited this Subway location and was shocked by the lack of professionalism and proper staffing. It appeared there were hardly any employees working, and the a person seemed to be underage a little girl making sandwiches and charging ? which raises serious concerns about labor laws and proper training. I might just contact the city, California dept of public health and safety.
To make matters worse, the store closes earlier than advertised, leaving customers frustrated. The customer service was also poor—my order was rushed, horribly made and the staff seemed uninterested in ensuring a good experience.
When I go there, there was a man he was throwing the veggies in there and even charged me for the meal when all I asked was for the sandwich, which frankly I’d didn’t even want anymore.
This location needs serious management attention to address these issues. Until changes are made, I can’t recommend dining here. I used to go here but now I can’t it’s horrible and it needs attention asap.

I crashed their system and they offered me a cookie for waiting. I really appreciated their customer service, and didn't make me feel bad for what is my worst nightmare. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious when we come. I wish I would've asked the woman her name but she was very very nice!

Closed Early on Sunday :(I got there at 7:30pm and the dude closing already had locked the door and broken down the line. He comes out of the store at 8 after shutting down and I ask why they closed early and all he says is that they close at 8. He definitely closed early at 7:15pm!

There’s only 1 person working here at lunch time on a Saturday?? Why open a second location in the same town if you can’t have enough staff? Ordered pickup, tipped, and my food is 20+ minutes late. I can’t blame this hardworking woman trying to manage all these orders, I’ll just blame the manager.
