So because the other Oakley subway was closed I went down the street to this one. Currently 4:53. There were 2 ladies inside cleaning with the door locked. When I tried to get their attention they turned the lights on. Again sign on the door says open and it is within their hours. Shady business practices at Oakley subways.

Subway is always a hit and miss. 4 foot longs with instructions and it was still made wrong. Although it is not all the time. It is a little frustrating when the order is wrong.

So I got some Subway coupons in the mail went there and they I said I couldn't use them. Why do I even get Subway coupons in the mail if I can't even use them?
Got steak and cheese and tasted off and very dry not only that but it messed up my stomach and made feel off. I literally seen the steak mixed with other meat idk if it’s pork or chicken but nothing should be in the same place you scoop from as the other. The prices were way above an average subway too! but that’s not the reason it’s getting a bad review it’s because the food quality has to be looked at with safety and portion sizes need to be fixed too!

I placed an order for delivery through the Subway app for 3 sandwiches, 3 chips and two drinks; they outsourced delivery to Doordash. My order came with sandwiches only. I called the store and they basically told me there was nothing they could do, even with the worker I spoke to acknowledging they didn't include them. He did call the store manager, but he just told him to tell me they can't help me and to call Doordash. I had already spoken to Doordash, who advised since I placed the order through Subway, I have to go through Subway. Very, very frustrating and no assistance from Subway whatsoever. If I place the order through Subway, Subway should fix it, whether reissuing the order or refunding me for the items I didn't receive. I don't want a free meal, just what I ordered OR to be refunded for what I didn't get. Terrible business practices.
The employees are the best at this location but unfortunately because the owner never seems to participate in the promotions I have had to take my business to the location at the streets of Brentwood. I was buying sandwiches for my family 4 to 5 days a week and unfortunately this location lost my business.

Worst of the worst. Went in for 2 of the 6.99 ft longs and they said you half to buy one at a time, so I did, i ordered the sandwich and paid for it online through the subway app and when I went to pick it up, they refused to make it. Basiclly they were to lazy to make the order so they simply denied it. The owner is obvioisly cheap and doesnt want to honor the discount. Bad business. Never again

My 6 yr old said she was very disappointed with her chocolate chip cookie and didn't even finish it. 😂 She rated it 1 star but I added a second to be nice!

None of the promotions are valid at this location. Might as well reframe from even being a Subway if you won’t honor the brands specials and promotions that drive customers to want to spend their money with your location.

I recently visited this Subway location and was shocked by the lack of professionalism and proper staffing. It appeared there were hardly any employees working, and the a person seemed to be underage a little girl making sandwiches and charging ? which raises serious concerns about labor laws and proper training. I might just contact the city, California dept of public health and safety.
To make matters worse, the store closes earlier than advertised, leaving customers frustrated. The customer service was also poor—my order was rushed, horribly made and the staff seemed uninterested in ensuring a good experience.
When I go there, there was a man he was throwing the veggies in there and even charged me for the meal when all I asked was for the sandwich, which frankly I’d didn’t even want anymore.
This location needs serious management attention to address these issues. Until changes are made, I can’t recommend dining here. I used to go here but now I can’t it’s horrible and it needs attention asap.
