My only complaint is I can’t give them more than 5 Stars on Google! This place is absolutely phenomenal! Clean, plenty of parking, easy to find, seating, I can go on and on. First and foremost the staffing! When my family & I got there there were two young ladies working. We were greeted by 1 and she immediately started helping us decide and giving us information since it was our first time. The 2nd employee did something I just can’t find anywhere else, instead of just standing there, she asked if we would like anything else and started getting our second order of ice cream! And the 1st started ringing us up. I am VERY big on customer service and when I tell you I was impressed, I am not giving them enough credit! This place is amazing! They have over 30 flavors of shaved ice, ice cream, frozen yogurt, every topping you could ever want (fruit, candy, etc), and even hot dogs. The sizes are perfect for 1 person or 2 to share. If you choose to eat in house, they give it to you with spoons and open and ready to go. If you take it to go, they even offer you lids! Huge chalk board to write a message on the wall, family friendly, kid friendly, and when I say it was the best ice cream I’ve had in about 40 years, I am not joking! Brought me back to my childhood! This place is a total local gem and if you haven’t been here, what are you waiting for! Don’t be fooled by the more fancier, trendy shops. You’ll be more than surprised at the options, service, and pure quality and taste of Yogurt Island and like me, you’ll go back!

I come here basically everyday!! But I’m starting to get disappointed!!! I feel like you guys are charging the same but handing out smaller and smaller portions every day I go!! You charge $11.03 for a large with 1 topping and only put in the amount of yogurt for a medium and half the large cup is empty!! Today I bought the exact same thing but ordered a medium and you charged me $10 or so for a half empty cup!!! I don’t think it’s right that some of your employees can fill the cups but others decide to make it smaller!! Is there not a sample for the employees to follow to show how much goes into whatever size is ordered!! I’m very disappointed!!

Came in the other day just to try the place out, and I'm glad I did. The staff are awesome, the prices are great, and the yogurt is delicious. Carla, the owner, is awesome. She let me sample whichever flavors I wanted before deciding what to buy. Highly recommend!
