Great tour, wine, & presentation!!
We had the best time tasting at Napa Cellars. Variety of wines were great and they were so accommodating and family friendly, which is rare and cherished in Napa. Great outdoor space with corn hole too! Sean was beyond friendly, kind and helpful. And he knows his wine! Thank you again for a wonderful visit with 3 young kids.
Darlene does not disappoint! We were here 8 years ago when we first met. Coming back felt like a warm familiarity as she is just so genuinely kind, funny and sweet! Their wines are our favorite. So delicious, especially their meritage.
Went here during the first week of December. The lively summer and spring colors are fading now, but the crisp, cool breeze added such a relaxing winter feel to the visit. The building isn’t too large and its charming design reminded me a bit of a hobbit home.
Parking is free and there’s plenty of space available. We walked in without a reservation since it was just me, my partner, and our Pomeranian. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, then directed to Lance who assisted us with our questions and handled our order.
We didn’t want to get drunk, so we ordered just one glass—Rosé of Pinot Noir—which was light, refreshing, and perfect for the weather.
You can choose to sit inside or outdoors. The outside seating area has a lovely view of a small vineyard, although it was definitely cold being December. Our Pom enjoyed exploring the grassy area behind the building, and we were able to request a cute bandana for him, which was a fun touch!
The restroom is located outside the main building, so be prepared for a short walk.
After our wine tasting, we drove about a minute north to the Napa Valley Welcome sign (heading southbound). A perfect photo stop to end the day.
Overall, a cozy and welcoming spot—pet friendly, peaceful, and a nice winter experience. 🐾🍷✨
We had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful winery, surrounded by stunning vineyard views. The wines were exceptional, each with unique character and depth. Our host, Darlene was warm, knowledgeable, and made the tasting feel personal and engaging. Their passion for wine truly enhanced our visit and gave us a deeper appreciation for each pour. This winery is a must-visit for anyone seeking great wine and genuine hospitality.
I attended a wine tasting with a party of three on March 15, 2025. We had a Five Star experience with Darlene. Darlene has traveled the world in various wine regions and her knowledge of wine is impeccable!
The Winery is beautiful and family friendly.
I suggest you make a reservation for one of the most memorable and educational wine tastings in the valley!
Cheers🍷🍷
Went for a wine tasting. Darlene was so effusive and lovely and welcoming, the whole group felt very lucky and had nothing to but good things to say.
This was the last stop on our wine tour for the day. Darlene was a fantastic host and brought our entire group's energy back up! We had a great time!
Darlene was fantastic and engaging. She provided thorough knowledge on the wines we tasted. Would recommend visiting!
We had a wonderful experience tasting all the wines. I loved the Cabernet Sauvignon the most! Darlene is a darling 💕🍷

Lovely atmosphere with interesting architecture. Russ was a fantastic host and made our tasting experience a lot more enjoyable. Great selection of wine too!
The staff was very rude. We pulled up to an empty parking lot with a large group of 12. Whoever was working did not even allow us in the building, coming outside to speak to us outdoors. He asked how many wineries we've been to on our trip (this is our second day in Napa, and we have been to four over the course of those 2 days, one of which we did not drink at and only enjoyed a picnic in the nice scenery). He said that if we have been to four wineries, then this one would certainly not be the fifth. Okay. Enjoy your empty parking lot, I guess. We have plenty of other beautiful options in the area to go to instead.
Also, to anyone who is sober and tagging along with a group, or to anyone who is the designated driver of the group (we have two people in our group that don't drink), they are going to charge you $15 to enter and sip on water while watching everyone else drink. None of the other 4 wineries we have visited so far have had anything like this and all others allowed the non-drinkers to exist peacefully with the group. So if you have people in your group that do not drink, there are other options available to you, ones with nicer views to enjoy.
Horrible experience was met at the door by a nasty attendant. Stay away from this vineyard.
I could rave on and on about our experience at Napa Cellars! Darlene was outstanding, and the wines were even better. The entire tasting was so relaxing and never felt rushed. This was definitely our favorite tasting during our visit to Napa Valley!
Beautifully consistent wines every time I visit! Lance was so hospitable and made us feel right at home. The outdoor seating is beautiful and so peaceful. We even got to see the wine train as it passed by.
