The Robert Mondavi Winery offers a truly sensational wine tasting experience. Visitors can enjoy a masterfully vinified Cabernet, similar in potential to the renowned "Opus One" but available in much larger quantities and at a more affordable price. The winery's beautiful setting, with a lovely patio overlooking the Napa River and downtown, provides a relaxing atmosphere for tastings. Guests are welcomed with a refreshing sparkling wine, followed by a selection of white and red wines, accompanied by aged Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar. The knowledgeable and accommodating staff ensure a fantastic tasting experience.

During the ongoing renovation, the Arch & Tower location is the only one offering tastings. For the first time in 2023, Schrader Cellars tastings have also been made accessible exclusively to members. The host, Ramser, welcomed guests with a glass of sparkling wine and guided them to the private tasting area. The tasting began with a white wine from the To Kalon vineyard, Fumé Blanc I Block, named from the Greek phrase "to kalon," meaning "the beautiful." The rest of the tasting showcased Schrader's exceptional portfolio, with Ramser's extensive knowledge enhancing the experience. Guests were captivated by the ambiance, the beautiful riverfront views, and the impressive artwork decorating the room.
