I drive 20 miles there and 20 miles back without hesitation for these beans. That’s how serious this is.

From the espresso beans (Cypress forever 🫶🏼) to the handwritten love notes, stickers, and little drawings tucked into my orders, this place just gets it. The coffee is consistently superior. Rich, smooth, zero bitterness, the kind that ruins you for every other bean. I’ve tried others. I always come back.

It’s not just coffee, it’s care. You can feel the intention in everything they do, from the roasting to the packaging to the way they treat their customers. I’m loyal for life at this point. No other bean compares.

Bad service. Long wait for no reason.

If you’re in the Pismo area, you must go to Deltina Coffee Roasters. They roast their own coffee beans right there. The ambiance is relaxing, welcoming, just the way a coffee shop should be. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got a honey cinnamon oat milk latte and my husband got a salted caramel oat milk latte. It wasn’t too sweet. They have a good balance with the syrups and their coffee. It was smooth and delicious! Only thing I wish was that I lived closer because this would definitely be my everyday coffee spot. Thank you Deltina, we will be back!

This coffee used to be the best. The baristas used to know how to make a good strong coffee. Now it’s just weak shots with cheap oat milk.. cold brew also tased watered down. Bummer.

Caution: Extremely spoiled milk! Ordered my chai latte, and it tasted weird, so I asked if it had espresso in it (that I didn't order) - it did, so I got a remake from another barista. Second drink also tasted weird, but I thought maybe their chai mix wasn't my favorite... drank a third of it and started to feel feverish. Asked the barista if by chance the milk was out of date, and she said it was 16 DAYS EXPIRED. My stomach is now gurgling intensely, so I think I got food poisoning. Very alarming!

Edit: No apology is disappointing, so I don't think me trying again will happen.

We stopped in at 7:00 am on a Saturday, and the place smelled delicious. The coffee is rich, fresh, and smooth. The barista was friendly and very skilled. Definitely recommend.

Coffee and a cinnamon roll, anyone??? One of the top roasters on the Central Coast paired with Old West Cinnamon Roll company, don’t know of a better way to start a relaxing morning on vacation.

Probably my favorite coffee spot on the central coast. This place makes me feel like I’m actually in civilization lol after being gone for 20 years there is very limited coffee options until you get into AG / SLO - sorry if I sound bougie but it’s the truth. They have fire organic coffee here and they make tasty non-caffeinated drinks for kids we got something they called a vanilla steamer it was really good. This place has the raw beans right there in the sacks, the coffee roaster right there in the middle of the room, and a bunch of bulk coffee for purchase as well. If you like good coffee you won’t be disappointed. They have another location in SLO too.
