They usually make it right afterwards but this last time they refused to replace the non eaten items and or give a refund. They have completely lost our business going fwd. We have a family of 5 and our orders are always around $80.00. Take your business else where unless you want to have a headache, eat what you didnt order, and be robbed for the money you paid. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS if were possible.

Long story short:-Barely warm food- Cheap on the meat and fatty meat- Rude service- My wife barely made it home (45mimute drive back home) to throw up and use the bathroom (this is the reason of the review on top of the other disappointments)Smelled like a public pool inside of the place. Doors were wide open and flies/ gnats were getting inside. The "salsa bar" was not cold enough for the salsas, it was warm salsa and very little amount of salsa in the metal trays.I don't complain much about food but this for sure has to be my least favorite Albertos. I will not be visiting this place again, regardless if my family or I are hungry.$35 for a burrito with extra meat and an order of asada fries. The burrito was flavorful buy very little meat and half was fat. Not to mention, it was barely warm and dripping out salsa from the bottom.Asada fries were barely warm and very little fries. Very upsetting for the price point.

Wish a nice restaurant opened that cared about the quality of food they serve and the customer service behind it. Other place down the road is just as bad. Every time I come here they get my order wrong. They put so much sour cream on your food it leaks out of your container and into your bag. Can't tell about the quality of the food if it never comes the way I order

Second time here in years like the first time is when they first opened years. I went in today got a burrito etc… it was VERY unenjoyable I chewed on more fat then meat period which stole away from the enjoyment of the burrito ! Greasy etc , fat literally fat no meat shame I will not be going here again.

I hate to say it, but this place has gone downhill. I went in there, and it was completely empty and I understand now why. There is only two gentlemen that run the whole show and neither one speak English. Every single table was dirty and they were just standing around. I order carne Asada chips and now at this location they are almost $15. I would pay it, but the problem is nothing was fresh, at least at chipotle they act like they're making fresh meat even though you know you're getting it out of the used bin. So for a taco shop, I expect the chips and meat to be fresh. Two minutes after I put my order in I was shocked to hear my name because I never hear the sound of the grill I opened up my chips and knew instantly. These were not made in the taco shop they were bought in one of those big bags from a warehouse store. You know the brown ones that are super hard and half the time stale The meat had been sitting for a while, so it wasn't hot or tender. The cheese also the kind from a big bag. Another thing was I asked the gentleman twice for red sauce. He only put in green and handed me my bag. once again if I'm going to be paying $15 give me what I asked for. I asked again politely and he went to the back to get me red sauce. That was the only reason he didn't give it to me because he was too lazy to go back and get more! I'm going to follow the crowd out the door, I'll give 2 stars for location and not making me sick

Last minute call for a side and to get some rice from here... $15 bucks for the photo shown. I've been here many times. My wife more than me since she grew up here and both of our opinions were still the same in the decline of this place.On a serious note, this used to be the go to when you live in this area.By the way the large side of rice for 15 bucks was dry as hell and probably from this morning since when I took a bite and my family and my son Got hard bits of rice that just wasn't cooked but old as heck well I know it when I see it that there owners of the establishment are only in it for the money.Sorry guys but yall get a C- from me.Step your game up because I won't come back unless it's the way it used to be.Rather go to taco bell where at least I know it was frozen to fresh and not frozen to death.
