“For Here” orders are never served on trays. Extremely wasteful and expensive habit from the staff that comes across as laziness.

My husband, 3 year old son and I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon and we were met with such generosity and kindness ,from the service staff. The food was super savory, packed with flavor and very satisfying. As someone who’s visited Nashville they’ve got the Nashville Hot Chicken down! Absolutely loved the food, atmosphere and experience. 10/10 recommend!

The food is really good but this time gave me really bad gas. It could have been from uncooked chicken. My dog and I had a fart contest and I won.

Place my order and went to restroom and once was time to wash my hands no soap. So I went up to the front and spoke to a young guy who was clocking In to work if he can place some soap in the unisex restroom. He stated he would ask once if the team mates in the back if they have some, he came out and said sorry they don’t have soap at all. So I asked if I could I have some soap from the kitchen since I was going to eat. He went back again asked supervisor and he said no. At this point I went ahead canceled my order, how employees are washing their hands once using the restroom if it required that every employee once coming back to the kitchen to wash hands that’s why I canceled my order for this contamination and health department should give them a visit for this putting customers at risk of Ecoli outbreaks for lack sanitary.

The service was very slow A lot of The Times and you could see the kids just hanging out in the kitchen that were cooking
And just hanging over the food
There was one kid that was running back and forth That was actually working right i didn't get his name, but there was no hustle We waited for maybe around thirty five minutes the girl with the cast registered him and gave us a cup So we had to ask for a cup after waiting twenty minutes not professionally ran at all looks like all the kids just got out of high school also, the cash register, my wife walked to the bathroom and noticed that she was just on her phone and then just disappeared again.There was only one kid working by himself upfront that was actually getting on it i wish I got his name but I did not Unfortunately.

Staff Very Friendly In The A.M Opening Shift Monday :)

I usually eat at the Carlsbad location and have always ordered the same thing with the same spice level, medium. My friend and I stopped in this location a couple days ago. We were the only customers. We both ordered our usual and neither of us tipped on the ipad pay screen because it’s not a restaurant with a waiter?? We got our food and it was so spicy neither of us could eat it.. it was inedible. I’m assuming it’s bc we didn’t tip. Honestly super irritated i wasted 20$. Also the bathroom is putrid. I’ve been to landfills that smell better than this bathroom. 0 stars if i could.

This time they were out of mac, rice was dry and definitely not buttery at all. Definitely a disappointment. It’s kind of been a struggle the past 6 months since I’ve visited. Probably won’t be returning.

Walked in around 5:45, finally ordered which wasnt an issue waiting . The issues started when i ordered my food , everyone with me got theirs within 15 minutes , still nothing . I ask where my order was and they said oh well they havent made it .. sorry . Okay sure whatever , another 25 minutes go by .. no word . I then go up and say , okay so am i getting my food today or what . I admit my attitude was not needed but seeing 40 people get their food after i ordered before them was upsetting. Then to get my food 1 hour after ordering and getting attitude from the person at cashier was just adding to the fire .

My first time every eating at angry chicks and I ordered the 2 piece chicken tenders with potato wedges and I have to be honest best tasting chicken tenders I had In my life definitely coming back next time and ordering the same thing because the tenders are huge I highly recommend this place.

Place looked rough so I took food Togo and it was gross when I arrived home. Customer service was poor. Don't think I will return.

Drove 15min to check the place out and try the food. Service wasn’t very friendly.ordered MAC. Received food. Drove home 15min and food was wrong.coleslaw… I hate coleslaw.. Drove back 15min and informed staff . Was met with irritation and attitude. Then claimed I ate some when in fact I didn’t even touch it. I did just drive 30min to get my correct order and why would I eat nasty coleslaw! They reluctantly made me clothes. Correct meal MAC and once again with the face of irritation. Now I don’t even trust the food since it looks like the entire staff is under 20yo. I will not be returning and worst experience for first time. 60min of drive time total, $16.00 and haha wasted for nothing.
