This business has moved to a private home! We made a reservation last month thinking it was the original one in Oceanside. Owner spoke to our party a few times and never mentioned. We went to old address on Yelp- closed - called owner and she gave new address and did not mention it was her home. The setting is beautiful however sitting is only outside and the day we went very warm! I have to say the food portions are tiny but good. We were the only table there and the owner never once came out to say “Hi, sorry for the confusion, this is a new location and we are finding our way.” Had she done that it would have made all the difference.

I bought this for tiramisu but It hadn’t tiramisu cream. It was just whipped cream and it was 12$. I am so sad for that. It was terrible experience for me.

Worst 20 $ I've ever spent2 employees walking around with no direction.If your gonna serve fruit, make sure it's not disgusting, mangos are rock hard but served anyway.Lemon bars are stale and 30 min wait for a grilled cheese sandwich.3 people in restaurant.Awkward and weird vibe.Poorly trained people/ ownerGordon Ramsay would give you hell!!

Amazing selection of teas, sandwiches and scones!
The Bliss tea experience starts with a lovely display of test tubes filled with a dry, loose-leaf version of every available variety of tea. Once you've decided on your tea of choice, it is served to you in a gorgeous glass teapot over a tealight to keep it warm.
The salad was fresh and bright. The sandwiches and wraps were all fantastic, but my favorite was the apple and brie sandwich. Their scones are absolutely delicious, especially when paired with the clotted creme and strawberry preserves.
Carolina and the rest of the staff took the time to learn all of our names, and when they found out it was my birthday they did something which I won't spoil, but was absolutely magical.
This is a great spot to enjoy high tea, a sandwich, or a beautiful scone, all with a fun Harry Potter-esque twist! If you want tea in downtown Oceanside, this is your spot!
