Board & Brew - Oceanside

I've been to multiple board and brews around the area and this is the by far the worst one. I found a piece of metal or staple in my sand which. I bit in to it causing my lip to get cut. I'm not even sure how to react. The sauce was also terrible. I will add a picture to see what was in my sandwich. This was a serious safety issue and I’m requesting that someone from your team reach out to resolve this matter.

Love the sandwiches but sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in their sauce is completely unacceptable. Make responsible changes to your ingredients board and brew!

I like that they have beer and an outside eating area, but when I want a real sub, I don’t come here. Their sandwich rolls are very soft, which is fine if you want that. But they don’t have oil and vinegar (a must for my subs). Their sauce is a very sweet French dressing (yuck). You can request their Italian dressing instead, but that’s also very sweet, not at all like good ol’ oil and vinegar, which should be a must to have in a sandwich shop.

Board and Brew makes awesome sandwiches. They have always been my favorites and I'm glad that there are so many locations in San Diego. Tried this location today. The food was excellent as usual. I had the spicy roast beef with au jus. It was outstanding. The place was crowded. However, my only gripe was that most of the tables were not clean and they seem understaffed and overstretched because of the crowds. Otherwise, food as usual was awesome.

Consistently 5 star food. Always puts the "fresh" in refreshing. Staff is always really friendly and fun to interact with.

Flat dirty water tasting au jou.. bland French dip.. French baguette huge miss.. overall
Waist of money..toss in trash sandwich. Bland w no flavor.. no seasoning.. 1st time visiting wont be back.. Arby's is way better and that says something how bad u are.

It’s an Amazing Place with amazing sandwiches, yesterday was mine and my husband 2nd time going. BUT! this is the Second time I ask for Xtra Banana peppers & it always has so many of the Banana peppers tails in it!! They cut them so carelessly And if you’re not careful it’s easy to choke on them.

The Baja chicken is always my go to and I love the special sauce they have.

This was the WORST sandwich I have ever had at B&B. I got the Left Coast Pastrami. I asked for extra mayo and onions. I got neither. The pastrami was so skimpy and way too crispy. If I could give them zero stars I would have. I spent $15.00 for the worst sandwich I have ever had.

Tried for first time today. Had the California del. It was delicious. Fresh ingredients and the Chips were equally delicious. Little pricey but so good
