I love the food but the service is not good. I ordered on line got there but it wasn’t ready they knew I was waiting but did not care to let me know it was ready when it was done . After a few minutes I noticed the order was just there and didn’t even tell me it’s ready not good service.

I usually crave board & brew when i’m craving a good meal but I have no locations close to me unfortunately. I spent 30+ driving to the carlsbad location, they had no parking and I was on a mission for some board and brew so I went to the El Camino location. as soon as I drove my 30+ minutes home I saw they made my sandwich completely wrong. Due to the drive they offered to give me a gift card for the mishap and they gave me a $0.00 balance gift card. Really disappointing to say the least- especially when I was craving it! sadly won’t go back as it’s not worth my time for something I can’t count on

I don't do many sandwich places, but we decided to try B&B on a rainy day. Counter ordering, nice beer selection, really nice selection of breads. I went with a good old Italian sub. Just the right ratio of bread, meat, and veg. My 1st bite was just as it comes and it was delicious. I had to try their special sauce with my second bite and the rest of the Sammie. My daughter got a well stacked veggie, and her bf had the hot pastrami. Both sandwiches were devoured, and the special sauce managed to enhance any of the sandwich choices. Interior was skater vibe. I would go again or order take home. There are chips available.Parking: This one is in the upper corner of the Target Center.

HAIR IN FOOD!!On October 18th, 2023 I ordered the sub o tuna sandwich. I went home and unwrapped my sandwich only to find a long string of black hair sticking out of my sandwich. It could not have been mine since i had just unwrapped the sandwich, i always wear bandanas and i have short curly hair. Anyways, I was extremely digusted. I pulled on the piece of hair to make sure I was seeing correctly and yes, a long string of hair. I could not help but think, what if i had not seen it and bit into my sandwich.....i would have thrown up. I immediately went back to ask for a refund for both sandwiches and informed them that I found hair in my food. They issued me a refund no problem, however as I scanned the kitchen I noticed that all the men cooking had short hair and hats on. Aside from them their was a young lady packaging the sandwiches with long hair and no hat or hair net. It was a given that that's how the hair got in my food. Although the customer service was good, it was bothersome to see the manager take no initiative to investigate the situation and figure out how that could have happened. The young lady remained in the kitchen and continued to pack other people sandwiches with nothing covering her hair. More than likely this wasn't the first time but hopefully after this review it will be the last. There food is delicious but after this experience I will not be back. Hair must be mandatory for everyone and hats don't always do the job. Please do better.
