First time coming here and we were very disappointed. There was hardly anyone there and we waited 15 minutes to be seated. Waited 15 minutes to take order. Then waited 25 minutes for food. While waiting I observed how dirty everything is. The picture of the basketball player next to our table was so dirty. Fingerprints, splashed food, and cob webs all over it. The table smelled like a dirty sour rag. My wings were over cooked. No check in by our waiter. My husband was out of soda for 20 minutes. I will not one back.

I stood there with another customer for twenty minutes, and the waiter kept cleaning the table. Even if she saw us, even if she went to the front desk, she didn't say anything, as if we were invisible and completely ignored the customer.

This location has been going downhill for awhile now. After first drink order waited for about 20min after finished the drinks for the bartender to ask if we needed anything else. 5 young Marines came it about that time for a table…..they are still waiting, at least 15 minutes now. Really disappointing, don’t think I will be back.

The food was really good once we actually got it. But the server was not friendly at all , seemed in a bad mood. The restaurant was not very busy at all, yet we had to wait a very long time for it, even for the dessert. The server forgot to bring us our drinks twice, and forgot a food item even after i reminded her. Towards the end when my husband had asked for another beer, we waited about 20 minutes and then she asked if he still wanted it. Terrible service, long wait.

Extremely bad service !!!!, we had waiting list name siting outside after 30 min, some how our name from list removed we ask than say sorry , find table sitting like almost hour no one show up for order or cutesy water or running late no information, finally decided walk out from restaurant, we thought lets talk to manger we called manger , we express what's going on since 2 hour but she not willing to apology just say we r busy and i m the cook also, more than hundred people full restaurant finger tips we count few employee and manager do not want to listen us, despite says why we r rude, how the customer service handled after that we just block away chilli restaurant ls we choose we get fantastic service and food.

Payed 25$ for this platter of bread and sauce Half of these boneless “wings” didn’t even have chicken inside, they were just bread and sauce Ordered them to go and I received them cold stale and burnt Unacceptable, worst BWW in socal
