They overcharged me. Ordered mozzarella sticks, and when I got home, I didn't get any. The floor was dirty with trash, and the tables had dirty plates and whatnot. Had to wait for my order inside. They should've told me they didn't have mozzarella sticks instead of taking my money and overcharging me. #stealers. Want good food and your money stolen, come here. đ oh, but i did get my onion rings and wings right đ. Ordered carrots also, and they only gave my 5 pieces. Pssh

If You Can, Go to a Different Buffalo Wild Wings
After six years of giving this location multiple chances, I can firmly say that if you have the means or a car, go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings. This one is way too close to the base, meaning a steady flow of Marines come in to eatâwhich isnât an issue on its own. The problem is that the staff knows theyâre getting good tips no matter what, so they put in zero effort when it comes to service or food quality.
The staff here is lazy and completely uninterested in providing decent customer service. Orders take forever, food comes out cold or wrong, and getting basic things like refills or extra sauce feels like an inconvenience to them. Itâs like they know they donât have to try because there will always be more customers coming in.
If youâre just looking to grab a beer and wings without caring about the experience, maybe this wonât bother you. But if you actually expect decent service and food thatâs worth the price, do yourself a favor and drive to a different location.

Every time my husband and I order from here, the order is wrong, and sloppy. We ordered BBQ tenders and the tenders weren't sauced and there's no BBQ sauce cups in the bag. Also, there's blue cheese everywhere inside the bag, so the lid wasn't closed properly. This was a pickup order and not a delivery, so it's not like it got tossed around. I'm so disappointed.

I ate here last night and ordered the nachos and waited over two hours for them. Once I got them they were cold and the cheese was like hardened glue. I told the waiter that I didnât want them anymore because of the poor quality and he said okay and didnât seem to care or attempt to fix anything. There was no apology given for the wait time and we had to flag down our waiter every time we needed something. Very poor experience and very poor service.

We came here at 11:30 PM when it was not busy and no one acknowledged us for 10-15 minutes as we were waiting at the host stand to be seated. The staff members noticed us but did not care to approach us. Looks like the staff members are miserable with their life and do not give a flying f about their customers. I would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Terrible, sad, and miserable workers here.

Read other reviews, the repeating theme is LONG wait times for food. 2-3 hours seems to be the norm. Atmosphere is pleasant. We ordered and have been here for 90 minutes, drinks are empty and food still in the kitchen. Going to ask to get it to go. Wonât be back. As Iâm typing this, âwe are slow, hereâs your celery and carrots.â

Waited 40 minutes for takeout that was promised to be out in 15, the servers were rude and unhelpful (eating and on their phones as well). Have eaten many times with BWW so far, and this was the worst BWW experience to date.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, but when I arrived, the employees informed me that someone had stolen it. I waited 20 minutes for the chefs to remake it, only to receive the wrong order! After pointing it out, I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix it. Adding insult to injury ,they made me return the wrong order, denying me any compensation for their unreliable and incompetent service. At least the food was good.
