The hours posted on Yelp are incorrect. Make sure you call before going to confirm the hours. We showed up at 11:30am on a Saturday only to see the business hours on the door said they opened at 12pm. When 12pm rolled around we went back and waited for them to open, only to be told 5 minutes later they were opening later that day because of an event. They could have at least had a sign. Total waste of time.

Careful here. They list gluten free on the menu but when the burger came we asked to confirm due to medical condition and were told they actually don't have gluten free any longer... But they took our order saying they did.. And delivered the burger as if it was. Dangerous and scary!!! Both burgers came without pickles and when asked they said oh we are out of those too. Asked for a shake... They said oh we don't have those today. Can't make this stuff up. Won't return.

First, we ordered gluten free bun, waiting 10 minutes for food and it was not on a gluten free bun. They then told us they didn't have any gluten free buns! We eat at other BurgerIM because of the gluten issue. Then they brought the fries out and they are different than what we get at other BurgerIM and different than what is even shown b their menu board. The fries are coated and therefore, not gluten free. As for my burger, it was good but they ran out of pickles. This particular location is poorly managed and poorly staffed. I would not recommend this location but I do like other BurgerIM locations.

I absolutely love BurgerIM I've been here about 5-6 times I'd say. However today I Grubhub then and I ordered fries which I love the round potato slices but they sent these absolutely disgusting seasoned fries. Not a fan absolutely disgusting. They also packed the fries and burger together which I've never had and the burger is soaking wet. Great waste of $20 I'd say

Disgraceful. Disgusting. Don't waste your time. They don't care. In fact more than that they resent having customers! It was all the counter person could do to drag herself away from watching Harry Potter to serve us the worst wings in restaurant history. Bland. Poor quality. So bad. Trust me stay away.

I think this is the best hamburger I've had in a long time. I think it's way better than Islands (even though I like islands burgers) and way better than the other local spots around Mission Avenue. This place uses top quality meat for their burgers, have a creative menu, and great service. I'll be back

A strange experience at Burgerim. We came here knowing they have gluten free buns - they were out today. Okay, fine. It happens. We ordered lettuce wraps; no big deal. However, we learned they were now no longer selling their "famous" thin wedge fries (advertised on the screen menu), and that they didn't recommend we eat here because they weren't sure their seasoned fries were gluten free. We ordered anyway (we are sensitive, not Celiac) and then discovered their soda machine was out of 75% of their sodas. And their bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. Suffice to say, when the meal arrived two orders had to be remade. Look - I get it. It's a holiday weekend and businesses sometimes have a bad day. But we were disappointed there was no effort made to make up for the multiple issues, or even an apology. I hope Burgerim can be better for the next crowd.

Stopped in for lunch with a coworker because she wanted a burger and I was looking for a place with vegetarian options. The falafel burger looked good on the menu. We should have been tipped off by the fact that the place was empty at peak lunch time. Drink machine was broken, out of most of the options. They didn't have their "BurgerIM" fries, just standard frozen fries that you can make at home (but didn't tell us this when we ordered). Ordered my burger with avocado, but they forgot and I had to ask for it. The falafel was mediocre, and the bun was smothered in tahini - not tahini sauce, there was no flavor, just a layer of pasty, tasteless nothing. It totally ruined the burger, I couldn't finish it. The girl working the register was really sweet and friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Extra star for her. Probably won't come back, but willing to write a reference for the waitress if this place closes and she's looking for a job.

Great food, poor service. Atmosphere is good and burger was delicious. We had to wait until the cashier finished doing whatever he was doing on his phone to take our order. They were out of knives and shamed us somewhat for asking for a lid and straw (because we were damaging the environment). New, friendly cashier and this place should be hopping. It wasn't busy.

Good burgers at a reasonable price. I ordered their new “devil” burger, which is supposed to be very spicy made with habanero sauce, but it wasn't really that spicy to be me, in fact it wasn't spicy at all. But the overall taste of the burger was good.

Beautiful, neat burger place. The sandwhiches are perfectly portioned and delicious!

I ordered delivery while visiting my son at Camp Pendleton. It started out as good but as the meal progressed I realized how greasy it was and couldn't get through the whole Burger. I will go back in the joint and eat to see of delivery could have decreased the quality.

Delicious burgers! Friendly service! The sweet potato fries were great too! We'll definitely go back!

Dined 7/29 ordered the aged beef burger with fries and drink $12 before tax and tip. Burger came with barbecue sauce and an onion ring. The sauce was tasty but needs to be a bit thicker to stick to the meat. The burger itself was unremarkable, not bad but not a stand out. Muted flavor. The fries resemble banana chips and lose their appeal very quickly. Gal taking orders was cheerful and helpful. 2 pm the place was empty and pleasant detour from the summer crowds. Clean and nice design. Would suggest printed menus in addition to the huge screens that can have a heavy glare from the light. For the price and flavor, In N Out Burger is a better deal by far. However I would be tempted to try their slider party box for 3-4 people for $34. It was on the lower level of just OK.
