This location was pulling a scam the other night. Ordered a regular Oreo shake, pulled up to the window where I was informed they only had Large. I said just put the regular in a large cup. “I cannot do that sir”. Well this is why you will never work anywhere above this!

Appy Hour at Carls Jr is amazing. 1/2 price shakes and sides. The shakes are delicious and the top them with whipped cream. Reminds me of being at an Ice Cream parlor!

Went in today and the lady has horrible customer service. It seems like her mood changes each visit. Today she was wearing a light green top. Hispanic lady a little full figured probably in her forties. Made me feel unwelcome today with her poor service and attitude. As I'm ordering she gives me a nasty look and told me " I can't hear you." Never smile didn't even greet me at the start. Just rude attitude today. Have seen her get nasty with other customers in the past. Wish she would leave her rude attitude at home.
I go to this restaurant a lot, but for some reason, this establishment is a habitual offender of constantly making meals wrong and having no accountability….. When you call the restaurant and ask how they could get something wrong when it says no on the receipt down the whole thing all you do is get excuse…. It took me four times of why exactly decided to write a review

The burgers were skimpy on the meat, cheese wasn't melted and bun somewhat dry. We've eaten at different ones and usually it's fine but this one wasn't up to standards

I go to this restaurant a lot, but for some reason, this establishment is a habitual offender of constantly making meals wrong and having no accountability…..
