I've been to different CJ's. This particular location is one in top ranks, as far as overall service and staying on top of the checklist of operations. I notice the food is always good and freshly made. Clean environment consistently. Professional team working to make sure customer satisfaction... A good friend of mine actually works there. In fact, he is the only person I've seen there that's still there. consistently . He hasn't skipped a beat. Since 2019. Maybe longer?Different managers, I think, alteast 2 or 3, that I can recall ?. Anyway, my point is I'm wondering if they're taking care of him . Good help is hard to find these days. I wonder why he isn't in management. I would have offered a better opportunity within the franchise to keep him around longer if I were overseeing this business for sure. I'm just saying .?? anyway, thnx for reading, and I appreciate the great food there. Keep up the good work, Johnny ?Sincerely, expressed.

Slow service and unattentive workers. Went through the drive-thru to order two items: a burger and fried zucchini. I was asked to drive to the front and wait for the order which was okay. I assume they needed time to make the zucchini which is normal. The problem started when two other cars behind me got their orders first and I had to wait 15 minutes before walking inside to ask what happened. As soon as I did they put my order together, but offered nothing in return to make up for the fact that they essentially forgot about me. There's no point in going through a drive-thru if I have to wait that long only to have to walk inside to get what I paid for anyway. They weren't even all that busy so there's no excuse.

The employee working the drive through spine so fast you couldn’t understand her. Ordered and paid for a triple spicy western burger and was given a double. Also ordered a double western cheeseburger and was given a single when I called and asked to be refunded for the difference in price for what we received. I was told no can’t do that. I have to bring all the food back to the restaurant when I got there they checked the food, so that was wrong was going to refund my money and not remake the food. Just an overall bad experience don’t know what happened To their customer service

Don't go here for many reasons. Let me just start off by saying, if you drive 1.8 miles West and set the GPS to the other closest Carls Jr, you better do so. 611 Douglas Dr location is the BEST!!! Best customer service, doesn't matter what time or day!Now back to this garbage location.The shift lead cashier whose name starts with an "N" is extremely rude and has no sense of customer service.Also, good luck getting in touch with the manager, they're gone for 2 days. No wonder their workers think they can treat people like garbage. This location is GHETTO and TRASH, don't go here. Needs to be investigated, just read the other reviews, they're grosssssss.

I do not like your automated ordering system. If I wanted my order wrong I would rather it be from a human.I ordered a specific burger, onion rings, and a drink. This time it got my order right at least but charged me individually instead of detecting it was a combo. I had to ask the window person to rering it, $2 less.The previous time I ordered a breakfast sandwich, SMALL hash browns LARGE drink, I got small both.It’s not worth arguing with the machine.If I order a sandwich, a side, and a drink, ring me for a combo, whether it’s through the machine or from a person. And stop trying to upsell me when I’ve ordered specific sizes.

The ladies in the back don’t like to use gloves while making any food. So, just know your food is personally getting made by their bare hands.

Ordered via drive thru at 11am, had to correct my order twice before they asked to pull up to window. At the window, had to correct my order a third time. Paid and then they asked me to pull into a parking spot. The guy at drive thru came out with my food, and it was incorrect.

Who ever was working drive thru at 8 am was extremely rude. She spoke super quietly and when I let her know I was having a hard time hearing her she got all huffy puffy about it. Mimicking it back to me after I pulled up to the window. The ketchup she gave us was sticky and crumpled.

I ordered the wrong fries, so I asked for an order of waffle fries, paid $4.54, and got a few pieces of fries at the bottom of an otherwise empty box! Tried calling. No answer. I won't be back.
