Just spent the last few days in Oceanside. Allmine is awesome. It’s casual and cool with amazing food. I like their sit up bar - you can see all the action in the kitchen and the staff were keen to chat and tell me about their life in Oceanside. I had the Bianca pizza and the goat cheese and beets salad to start. FANTASTIC. The table behind me had lasagna. It looked incredible and they raved about it. The friendly and knowledgeable owner Roxana came around and chatted with me. Can’t say enough good things!

What an amazing find! Not only is the food fresh and amazing, but everything is done so deliberately. From the amazing ambience and artwork, the seating arrangements, and the open kitchen, there is clearly a ton of thought that went into the design. They were able to accommodate us as vegans and made an amazing fresh salad, a super refreshing watermelon gazpacho, and a super interesting tasty pizza. We just went back for our second time and it was just as good if not better than the first time. If you're looking for good pizza, nice people, and a great place to hang, do yourself a favor and check out allmine!

This is the most expensive casual pizza and Italian I've ever experienced. A Meal with 1 lasagna, two pizzas and three glasses of wine and a soft drink was over $180. A standard size quality pizza ranges from $24 to $39.
The pizza crust and the toppings were good, the lasagna was soaked in a bechamel sauce.
Although this place was okay, I know of many more places I'd rather spend $180 on dinner.

I tried Carmine's years ago when it was the old place not the current Allmine's.
The atmosphere looks to have changed a lot since Carmine's. It was a darker vibe with heavy reds, darker wood and more warm colors with the furniture. There was art pieces on the walls too. It made me think of something that my mom would be interested in.
The pizza was great for a gluten-free option with plenty of veggies such as artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes and onions along with mozzarella cheese and pasta sauce. The pizza was thin crust and crispy which is common for GF crusts. It is a totally different crust type than wheat crust. So, be prepared for it.
Service was decent.
I would recommend checking out Carmine's along Coast Highway if it was the old spot, but it seems to have changed as of 2024, so the new place may have totally different food.
Dietary restrictions: When it was Carmine's, they had gluten-free options so if you have celiac disease or trying to remove wheat from your diet then they can hook you up.

Big smiles from all staff, welcoming Roxy and Nick greeted and shared their names. Told them I saw the lasagna bolegnese ad on ig, came right over for it. I told em I liked sangria, but they didn't have it, but the recommendation they gave was spot on.
The bread ? was crispy/crunchy outside soft inside, butter was a delight.
Ceasar salad ? was very flavorful.
Bit different than the way I seen it done before, had to chop it some but not a negative experience just different.
The lasagna, I didn't record it on my phone. I just took in the experience, and it was worth it.
I'm about 320lbs, and I definitely ate for two. That meal could have easily split for two ppl. I spent $122 for all that, and at the end, I got a flight of wines.
I only would have wanted to slow down the experience to really savor every bit of it. I did not want it to end, lol.
Can't wait to go back n try their chefs choice sandwich and pizza, and the wine in the picture.
Great to share two ppl. Total under 100-150 including tip.
1, bread ?
2. Wine ?
3. Salad ?
4. Lasagna ?
5. Wine refill ?
6. Take a breather,
7. Request desserts if they got it or go walk to 1022 gelato to cap off the night with a walk and gelato.
Flight wine ? might have been a better start with the bread, so one doesn't get too wasted. That's if you not sure what wine u want. I did not particularly enjoy the flight experience, usually a flight they give them all to you at the same time, but that's different alcohol. And I'm not in any way a wine afficionado. Just sangria and whatever other ppl recommend.

What great pizza! Everything was fresh and appeared to be from scratch. Not your run of the mill slice place.
