The manager lady was not nice and was questioning all the workers and making us and them feel uncomfortable. Me and my nephew both had upset stomachs with them scraping the bottom of the trays. Tables all dirty and bathrooms dirty and men’s only had the toilet working and the there was someone in there for like 25 min and now I know why. Good luck at that location and TY for the stomach issues and retrain the manager that worked Saturday shift at 3pm to ?

I ordered the bowl with steak becuz it was less calories than the chicken, barbacoa or veggie options. Every bite of steak was gristle (yuk) and inedible (perhaps that’s what it’s less calories 😉). I should’ve gotten the barbacoa.
Vegetarian options: You can order grilled veggies instead of meat, but they’re a lot more calories than the meat options.

On the cover it looks like you're standard Chipotle. However when visiting you find out that there are many areas that need improvement.
The customer service is good. Cooks or working diligently in food preppers were friendly. The dining area look like it needed some cleanup as their chips and various small pieces of trash on the floor. The restrooms were in horrendous conditions.
Food tasted as what you would expect at a Chipotle. We had carnitas burritos. However drink options were only limited to sodas. The "agua fresca" were drained and during our visit no staff member came to check out even responded to the suggestion of refill.
From the outside, it seemed like a typical Chipotle. Plenty of seating inside and out. But on a closer level there seems to be a lack of management considering cleanliness and beverage maintenance.
Parking: Parking is easy and multiple spaces available during our visit.

We normally enjoy the consistency of Chipotle when traveling, but I recommend choosing a different location. We had more fat than meat in both my barbacoa and my husband's carnitas. Discussing to have so much slimy fat tissue in one serving. This must be a management issue as it was with 2 different types of meat. Here's pictures of myself my Barbacoa, but my husband had even more in his carnitas. Choose a different location if you don't like biting into huge pieces of fat.

My family and I come here every Saturday and it seems like they are going through an influx of new people. Tonight I came in with my youngest son and there was an older lady I had never seen before and when I tell you she was making the place function she had it down. Wish I got her name but she was multitasking without hesitation or frustration or even a lack of kindness. She was super kind to whoever came up.

My partner and I came to this location to grab dinner for the night. I looked at the door of entry and it said they close at 11pm to my surprise their lobby had their chair stacked on the tables like they're about to close. When we got to the window we were not greated by the young man at first he seemed to be talking to his coworker they seemed overwhelmed with the amount of online order to then have more people walk in after us. You can tell the staff is just is overwhelmed. The young man at the front what really irritated me had no sense of urgency on top if that his CLEANLINESS is debatable. I had watched him be sloppy with filling the sour cream container to then spill a good amount on his glove to then whip it on the side of the counter to continue making orders. My partner said she saw him touching his face then making orders. The counter where the food is was messy, not appetizing to see. I do not ever leave a review, as someone who spent a few years in the food industry myself and a paying customer this kind of customer service which no senses if urgency, no sense of direction when a large group of people and online order come through, and most importantly not feeling confident in the food we received due cleanliness.
We do not recommend this location to anyone. Honestly, this is not my first questionable experience at this location. Definitely will be my last.

If you like Texmex style burritos this is your place!! I love it! I always order a fajita burrito and even though I don't finish it, it can be saved for later and it doesn't lose its flavor!! Recommended!

Excellent Chipotle. The one in Vista we stopped by SUCKED! Rude staff, food did not look fresh, they couldn't answer simple questions for our health safety. We went out of way for this one, and after 2 visits can say the staff here is AWESOME, friendly, and doesn't mind stacking the food for a Giant bowl good for 2 meals, just like the old days.
We don't go to Chipotle often, but there was a good BOGO deal going on so we risked some quality time in the toilet... but this store does not have any Shitpotle issues. I really enjoyed the Chicken Al Pastor I think it was. It's a seasonal thing or maybe just a random item they were testing, but it was the bomb. Second visit I got the steak/carne asada. Huge bowl (doubled up and finishing it was delicious and took 2 meals). Staff was super nice, cool, and friendly.
This location was what a Positive Chipotle Experience should be! And consistent! Great job! ? ? ? ? ? ?????????
