Found a hair in my food and was told I would get a refund. Instead I got charged again and got an attitude when I came back to attempt to fix it. Imelda provided terrible service and has her hair unbrushed with no hairnet and instead of apologizing said “ so you want ur money back or what”.

I can't say enough great things about the team at Chipotle! I've visited this location several times before but today the restaurant was very busy when I came in due to a Veteran's Day promotion. The team still nailed my order and maintained a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for your support to the Veteran community (and for making a great burrito bowl)!!

For high tips, my company employee delivers the food. For low tips or no tips, I ask the delivery person to deliver the food. I rushed to the restaurant 3 miles away and was told that someone had taken the food. It was a wasted trip.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. My order was the last to be served, and I was asked for my name three separate times, which made the situation feel disorganized and uncomfortable. Additionally, my order had been sitting out in a bag for some time before it was finally handed to me. This left me concerned about both the service and the food quality. I hope improvements can be made to ensure a smoother and more respectful experience for all customers lady who gave me the bag looked like she was making fun of me poor customer service training.

Just paid for the extra meat portion however you guys served me a normal bowl. When i go inside to fix this issue you guys treat me with weird attitude i shouldn’t have to go back inside defeats the purpose of a mobile order so disappointed next time i will just order a normal bowl.
