I recently had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. My order was the last to be served, and I was asked for my name three separate times, which made the situation feel disorganized and uncomfortable. Additionally, my order had been sitting out in a bag for some time before it was finally handed to me. This left me concerned about both the service and the food quality. I hope improvements can be made to ensure a smoother and more respectful experience for all customers lady who gave me the bag looked like she was making fun of me poor customer service training.

Just paid for the extra meat portion however you guys served me a normal bowl. When i go inside to fix this issue you guys treat me with weird attitude i shouldn’t have to go back inside defeats the purpose of a mobile order so disappointed next time i will just order a normal bowl.

A clean and well-maintained location. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I was on my scooter with a couple of bowls to go, but unfortunately, the bag tore and everything spilled on the road. When I returned to the store, they recognized me right away and noticed the torn bag. Without hesitation, the manager replaced the entire order—on the house. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at any Chipotle.

Food is usually good. But this last time I went in I was very disappointed. Granted it was an hour and a half before closing and they were out of a few things I always get. So I ended up getting nothing. But I feel like if you're going to let food run out that early prior to closing, you should just close earlier.

Very disappointed with my online order. I ordered extra protein in a sale and got only one portion, maybe less. There was also not enough salad. They should be ashamed. I tried to complain to corporate, and they asked me to do a review through a text link. I’ll try to upload a picture of how it looked when I got it.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but tonight’s experience was downright awful. I ordered a steak bowl, and the steak was nearly inedible—filled with huge chunks of fat that I had to chew around or spit out in nearly every bite. It was incredibly unpleasant and completely ruined the meal. This isn’t what I expect from Chipotle, and I left feeling unsatisfied and ripped off. I’ve never had this issue before, but tonight made me seriously reconsider coming back. Quality like this is unacceptable.
