I should have taken a picture... But a few times now I've ordered through Uber eats requesting extra meat. The portions are so small! It's just not worth it. I came to the reviews just so I can make a review and try it in person next time. But I'm surprised to see the in person reviews aren't great either regarding portion expectations. I'll have to think this over if it's even worth testing it in person at this point lol

Great placement as far as I'm concerned but there is one thing... A lot of homeless in this area so you have to deal with that here especially. There was a guy in the bathroom stealing all the seat covers I think? 😂 This is entirely the restaurants fault IMO. The need to keep a rap of their passwords and all stores need to change them more often. I had to God after eating but I couldn't because seat stealer.

Very small servings. Ordered steak burrito, employee grabbed one spoon full and still ended up putting steak back into container from that one serving. Also rice and beans had small servings.

I was super looking forward to eating chipotle tonight, it always hits, but not tonight. Service was extremely slow. Employees were not very friendly and the food was not that great. The brown rice was very stale, the steak was chewy and cold. The best part about my bowl was the Dole squeeze sour cream I put on it when I got home with my food. Do not recommend this spot.

Thursday morning, 10/24/24. I was waiting till Chipotle opened at 10:30 and no one came to open doors till 10:36
I ordered a chicken bowl, which i usually order, and the chicken looked old. I was hesitant, but I still got it. When they served me the chicken, I could tell it was from the day before because it wasn't in chunks like it usually is. It was a whole bunch of small burnt dried up pieces. It was like they had used all the leftover scraps from the day before. I guess i assumed that they made everything fresh every morning or at least heated up the chicken. And to top it off, they always give me small portions of meat. They get pretty stingy with their meats. I was turned off from going back to Chipotle.

We went at 5:15 on a Thursday evening. The staff was working hard to get orders done but were in the midst of training new hires. It was pretty slow going. The food and portions were good. The soda machine was out of carbonation.

Worst experience ever, catering with Chipotle. We catered for 2 birthdays and almost $500 later the service was horrible. I came home after picking up all my food and my carnitas was all over the bag as well as one of my salsas. No bowls and no other big utensils were put in the bag to grab the food. Portions were not what I expected for 25 people. Our birthday dinner was a disaster!!!!!

Food was yummy, except for a bit of corn in our food when we didn't get any of the corn salsa. None of the customer-facing staff smiled or seemed welcoming. Mostly what was off-putting was how dirty all counters were, including all tables, area in front of register, and utensil area. The two napkin holders at the utensils area were empty.. Seems to be managed unwell.

I really wish I’d gotten a picture, but I was so mad I ordered a double chicken bowl and I kid you not it had maybe a scoop of chicken. I’m happy I didn’t pay for double protein, it was an extra I got, but damn could I get the scoop I DID pay for ?

Edit: decided to use the last of my points cause I was done with this place, super happy I didn’t pay once again, white rice. Clearly says brown in my order. After reading the reviews it was my bad for even ordering from here again. I even tipped bro, like come on ? I hate white rice with a passion. Especially unseasoned ?
