I had to do the viral TikTok trend of renaming your order “LOAD IT UP” and boy did it work! They were very gracious with the portions. Whenever I go to this chipotle all the workers are working hard and never stopping. Even when they are short staffed they work. Completely grateful for everything they do. And if you are going to try this trend try it in the am or mid day. DO NOT DO THIS IN THE EVENING. They need a tiny break💕

I visited this evening with my sister and she was ordering a bowl and a kids build your own tacos for herself and my nice when the tall white male with glasses told her that they were out of the small tacos, looked over at the online order station and said “oh the tortillas are over there. We save those for online orders” and he asked her if she REALLY wanted it? She said yes and he then informed her that she would then need to order it online. She placed the online order. Then while we were waiting for someone to make the online order he then proceeded to take rice, meat, guacamole off of the line he told me he was unable to take anything from. We then had to ask two different employees to please make the order as we had then waited twenty minutes at that time. This was the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle and I will not be returning to this location ever again.

I was ordering a bowl and a kids build your own tacos for myself and my daughter when the tall white male with glasses told me that they were out of the small tacos and he asked if I really wanted it? I said yes and he then informed me that I would then need to order it online. So I finished my bowl and by the time my bowl was done I had ordered my kids meal online. Then while we were waiting for someone to make my online order he then proceeded to take rice, meat, guacamole off of the line he told me he was unable to take anything from. I then had to ask two different employees to please make the order as I had then waited twenty minutes at that time. When I went to fill up the drink there was no utensils or straws. This was the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle and I will not be returning to this location ever again.

No pico de gallo and no abilities to offer tacos, even though they were making tacos for online orders. Also, this restaurant is incredibly dirty all the time. The trash cans are always full. I’ve seen people spit into the ice catch tray and the tables don’t get wiped down often enough. The floor is covered in food and ice. Even though I ordered for here they don’t have clean basket to offer.

We preordered around 4pm for a 6pm pick up. The food was not ready until 6:20 and when we got home not one of the three items were correct. Wrong protein, and everything was mostly lettuce. I submitted a response through the app and they literally could not have cared less. As bad as all of that was, the after effects in the bathroom were even worse!
I have never picked up an order here that didn’t have food somewhere on the outside of the bag. Dumb mistake to make so consistently

Chipotle is good. Portions have shrunk drastically recently. They stopped labeling to go orders. Too much cost cutting. Prices have gone up a lot. Sad it used to be such a good restaurant.

Food is bomb!! So filling, portions are generous. Staff is very friendly and made the experience even better.
So disappointed- the food was cold and tasted old, the rice was like stuck together in this gross rice glob. There were supposed to be sofritas in the bowl however it looked like maybe they ran out. So instead of a sofritas burrito bowl I received a rice glob bowl with an odd abundance of onions. And to boot the chips were stale, like my entire meal was gross and I’m pretty sure it made me sick. :(
