Lady behind the counter is sweet and great the little punk behind the line is clueless on what 4oz of meat looks like normally never have a issue but as soon as it’s not a manager on the line the regular employees suck at serving I’ve worked at Chipotle before and it’s not that hard to get it right

Received the smallest chipotle burrito I’ve ever seen in my life and we ordered double meat. This isn’t the first time we paid for extra meat and got what appears to be a single scoop of meat. Also they’ve gotten lazy with cutting their lettuce, it used to be more finely shredded and now it’s huge chunks.

After several take out order experiences have gone awry, I came to believe items may be intentionally left out of orders pre-ordered for pick up from this location. Additionally, it appears to have been too much for my burrito to be wrapped properly, as half of it was left exposed, before placed in the bag for pickup. It's a bit off-putting to see signs of complacency in something as simple as wrapping a buritto so it stays protected for take out travel. It concerns me as to where corners and care may be cut in other basic areas of food preparation.

I frequently eat chipotle. I come to this location and it’s one of the worst. Constantly out of something. What’s incredible is they’ll charge full price even when they’re out of a topping or item. Yet they’re not bothered by charging you for any extra, incredible.
They have 8+ people working, half of them running around doing seemingly nothing. Who manages this location? Today it was no cheese. I get in my car and one of the employees rolls out a huge cart of cheese blocks, dumps them in another employees car and discuss how they’re going to salvage it.
I love chipotle and I wish this location was better. Yes all chipotles have gone down but this one…

The absolute worst chipotle experience ever. Not sure if we will be visiting chipotle due to this store. Chipotle support also refused to give a refund for an order that was half complete. We are not ones to complain but man literally every time we come here it’s a shit show behind the counter, things not in stock, drink station not maintained. It took 10+ bad experiences for me to write this review.
I went in this evening to get a kids meals. The guy who helped me was nice, but gave the smallest portions. He gave me half a scoop of chicken. I know it’s a kids meal, but dang I usually get a full scoop of chicken. The small bag of chips, it’s usually at least half full, but there were maybe 8 chips in the bag and the chips tasted stale. Even though this location is closer to my house, I’ll stick to the location off of Oceanside Blvd
