Ordered two bowls on the app . They wrote on my bowl out of carnitas and veggies . You’re out of the protein for both bowls and don’t tell me anything on pick up .chipotle always gets something wrong and just when I regain confidence and crave it. ….they ruin it again

I must say the service was sloppy. The server was making my bowl really ugly, I guess do to rushing. But my bowl was warm at least.

Great food. One thing I noticed is the guy didn't even fill my bowl to full. for the price I paid I should have got a full Bowl. I saw that he had served somebody else and their bowls were completely full. The meal was delicious though. Customer service was great. Definitely recommend.

I totally forgot the girls name who helped me but she was very petite Mexican,dark haired,brown eyes and hair pulled back in a bunish hair do and fluent in English and Spanish l want to say she must be around 19 - 25 years of age. However, this young lady was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and proceeded to ask me what I would like, she was soft spoken but super sweet and pleasant to speak with. She didn't rush me and answered my questions like if she was engaging with me and not annoyed or thought my questions were dumb. I don't go to Chipotle often but I do eat out a lot and have been a store manager for 21 years and I know what great customer service is and what I expect out of my associates and she was a good example of one.. thank you and keep up the great work I will be coming in today for another yummy burrito 🌯 😋

Been here three times and the service is always friendly and the food is always good.
Having eaten at a few Mexican restaurants in the area, I would say Chipotle the best combo of taste at a cheaper price.

The reviews write themselves at this point. Did chipotle run out of tortillas or just a lack of competent workers? I ordered a burrito and I got a bowl instead. Imagine getting this delivered and you’re stuck with a completely wrong order.
Side note: the Carne Asada is absolutely disgusting. It is just fatty meat. Do not get it.

I hate being that person. but i just went to order food i got 2 bowls ive gone to this location before. and every single time the employees are rude and act like i’m being too much for asking for what i want in my bowls. i get it sometimes you want to go home you’re tired or having a bad day. but it’s not my fault ESPECIALLY when im being kind to you. not to mention it’s every single time i come into this location. management needs to do better.
Place was absolutely horrendous, rice everywhere on the floor and food on all tables nothing was cleaned, got workers doing a lot but doing nothing at the same time. Don't even get ne starter on the portion of the food gave me cream with a side of meat💀

i hate to be that person but dirty workspace and cross contamination galore. specifically one of the female employees needs to go slower and not throw food around all over the counters and in between containers while touching meat cheese lettuce counter tortillas all with the same gloves. it almost made me walk out and my husband decided he wasn’t comfortable eating it after we paid for it. we come to this chipotle all the time and im sure we’ll give it another chance because ive never seen this happen before but if i see the same lack of care again i would rather drive 30 minutes to the next store. i wouldve done a survey on the chipotle website but my receipt didnt print because their ink was running out. on top of that i got charged incorrectly even after correcting the cashier.

Sometimes they lack consistency in portions being given out and you feel shorted, but the food is constantly good. Service can vary sometimes too. This time only one person at the front and it was close to noon so I was surprised with 8 people in line there was no support for the one girl. Usually there are at least 3 in the front line. Anyways, not a huge deal, and like I said the food is good.
