Brought my nephews to a party here, the pizza is good, fries and wings are ok, the last time I was here it was about 25 years ago maybe even longer so everything was new to me, I didn't know the trampoline/ jumping area was a whole other transaction but my nephews went in because it was open and no one was around, I'm not sure who it was but I think it was a supervisor or manager that came up and said I have to pay up front to get access but said it with attitude, the other employees were fantastic, if he comes with attitude to customers I can't imagine how he is with his employees

I, as a father of three kids under 6, have never been more thankful of this establishment and of the people who work at this location. The manager along with most of the staff that I've met in the last 5 times since a silver membership--- understand the assignment.

They are friendly through the frantic, nice through the noise, and loveable for the little ones.

Oh my the prices went up so much after the minimum wage went up. 18+ for 6 piece boneless and add 3 dollars more for bone in. Heck no. Not that busy and I think that the beer and wine is expensive as well for that small cup. Not coming back anymore so I will stick with Dave’s.
What seems to be the manager had a bit of an attitude when my coupon was presented, but after I read it to her she complied. I feel people should know what offers are available so we're not the ones doing their jobs for them . Is that too much to ask? I have my own job to do

Employees look miserable. Bad customer service even in front of the manager. No greeting or basically any conversation lol. We didn’t even get our stamps checked when waking out. Almost half the games were out of order. Surprised this place is still in business.

I’ll start off with I have a 2 year told so We got the summer fun pass when I was very pregnant so I can keep him busy and be in the AC still lol. The first time we came I was so surprised with how clean it was figuring there is always kids in and out of this place! My son loved it!! So now that I’ve given birth and about 1 month post partum we have come so many times because I can wear baby and he can run around and play. I’m so thankful we have this option since it’s hard to get out of the house with a toddler and newborn but this is our go to place! I’ve noticed if a game is ever broken the next time we come back it’s fixed! Brian is working every time we go and he’s awesome. I had to ask his name and come write this review truly based off him. He is always so sweet to my son and gets him excited to pick out a prize at the end! I’ve seen it super busy in there and he’s managing it all. He always makes sure everyone is taken care of and that everything is good. We truly appreciate your great service Brian! Thanks again for always helping us out with a positive attitude even when you can be super stressed with all the people. you never are! Not sure what we’re gonna do when there isn’t a summer pass and my son still wants to go everyday lol!

The Cashier was awesome...I ordered a salad but used the wrong plate the manager on shift was very very rude telling me I needed to pay for my salad... I told her it was paid for but she said actually I didn't... and told me to show her my receipt I paid 42 bucks for a medium pizza and a salad with no drinks and this is how management acts... CRAZY!!!! The Cashier told the manager we paid for a salad and the manager made her pull it up on the register..... I was taught that customer service is the heartbeat of an establishment..... after proof that it was paid the manager was still rather rude it was 9pm on a Thursday night so maybe she was over it... but I had 3 boys that had a bad experience their first time in Chucky Cheese
