We searched the website, social media, and tried calling (unable to speak with anyone) and nothing said they were closed on Easter but when we showed up not open. Very annoying. Can’t be that hard to update your phone message, website, or social media if you’re not going to be open when you advertise.

We take our families here and sonsTo play especially on Rainy daysThe manager Makayla was completely disrespectful to my child he smiled and said hi and she ignored him so told him to not bother the staff at a children’s place. I lost my and wouldn’t even give me a bracelet after I spent 100$ here. Thumbs down! ? what a way to treat customers

Worst experience, who ever is inside the costume doesn’t even pay attention to the kids I saw a few kids run up to the “mouse” & he ignored them , it’s a place for kids where the children should be acknowledged not ignored !! if you don’t like kids then why work at a place with children . It made me upset seeing that a lil girl trynna give it a high five & she was ignored & a little boy as well & completely ignored!

Worst place ever, and they we're not even open. It was like 10 amSo I was in the parking lot of the large plazaUsing my Ford escape like a jeep. On the 5 inch tree planters that are perfect. I recently got new struts, shocks and what not . So I wanted to see how well they worked. I admit I might have gotten carried away once or twice , but 95% of what I was doing at the time was just checking my car.And I see a skinny balding old guy recording me. So I drive slowly up to him and ask"hi are you recording me for yourself or for the police, id really like to know"Then I asked in Spanish , and at that moment is when I started to feel uncomfortable.So I asked againand he freaked out and went inside.it was the creepiest thing, like he was there completely, but failed to answer my question or make any response to me as a person. Like when I looked in his eyes there was some sort of feeling of grandiosity in his eyes about him self. And I do not feel comfortable at this moment knowing that man has a video of me.So I called the police and they told me to let it go. But for some reason that man and that lady who was in charge give me a bad feeling.

In general, this place is not what it used to be. The market is up for sale due to a reason….and if someone grabs this then it will be new management and major updated needed in every sector.1. The food quality is bad and way overpriced2. The games are outdated, broken and boring3. Less and less customer= dead zone.4 not offend to the workers but the end is nearFYI, 16 tiny buffalo wings for ~40 bucks is ridiculous. Such poor quality and tiny portion of food. This business is ending for this reason.

Fun place to book a birthday party. The kids had fun. The only reason why I give it a 4 star is because they didn’t let me have my Costco veggie and fruit trays out for my party guest who prefer a healthier option. The manager was kind enough to offer to places my trays in the fridge while we were done having fun. (They ended up buying all you can eat salad bar, which it kinda worked out) First time booking a party here. I would highly recommend it.
