Got a shake nothing but a cup full of milk super watered or should I say milked down didnt even get the oreos I asked for . The place is run down doesn't look sanitary overpriced $10 for the small size. Don't recommend this spot should have gone to handles or another spot down the street.

When we first got there, the employees were no where to be seen but eventually a girl came out and said she would be with us in just a moment. We waited about 10 minutes for the worker to come out and help us and she never did. So we left and went up to Handel's. They helped us right away and the ice cream was delicious.

May 5th, 630p, downtown Oceanside. The dark featured girl wearing a COVID mask, claiming to be the manage, was atrocious. Her attitude from the minute we walked in was abysmal. She is definitely in the wrong line of work. Perhaps the DMV might be better.

Me and my friends we bought icecream and when it was my turn to pay their machine didn’t register my card when swiped, then I told her this the only card I have and if they take Apple Pay she said no and grabbed the icream cup from me right away after I ate from didn’t even wait till go get a different card from my friends, and I asked her where is the manger she said I’m the manager, she is Asian and wears glasses and when I asked her about her name she panicked and told she won’t give it to me, absolutely bad for business, I will never go to this cold store ever again with my friends or family.

The lady with blue hair was exceptionally rude. They can hire better

Wow, the girl with the green hair is insanely rude. She huffed and puffed the entire time. I’ve never left a ice cream shop feeling so angry in my life. I don’t even expect for you to be nice, just decent! Great ice cream, but I won’t be coming back knowing she’s there.

Love Cold Stone and been going to them for years all over the country. Usually a slam dunk when looking for a favorite.Not this one, ice cream was icy and lacked flavor. Employee had headphones in the whole time and didn’t do the order correctly. Should’ve gone with one of the local places nearby.

So rude, almost everyone here hates working their job, they dont even greet you when you walk in. So sad because everywhere else in Oside has nice employees! Wont be getting ice cream here anymore!

Got a sprinkle cone with mint mint chocolate chocolate chip and got food poisoning.

Closed 20 minutes early blaming the machine. My autistic brother wanted ice cream and we worked to get up here on time, and they're closed.

If you're in Oceanside this place is must to visit. Each time we visit Oceanside we end up our day walking there to buy delicious ice cream.
