Not sure why there are a lot of 1 star reviews. I’ve been coming here a few days a week after my workout and always had a great experience. The staff is great; not just interacting with myself but with other customers. Not sure what the other reviewers are expecting in service but it’s simple: they ask you what you want and they make it based on what they have available . Alyssa, I believe that’s her name, always remembers my order and thinks that’s pretty cool. I believe the others as well remember my order because when I’m getting ready to say it they are already hovering my choices with the scoop they use. But Alyssa seems to be the most cheerful one so that’s why I remember her. Overall and honestly, the staff is great. Looking forward to my next visit.

Really rude Employee… As soon as we came in she started giving us attitude she was rolling her eyes I asked her what kind of flavor was the ice cream and she answered with an attitude after my husband had ordered his ice cream she walked off and ignored my order another employee had to come and take my order (she was really nice)

I ordered 4 cups of ice cream and literally my kids cups weren’t even filled but the other customer that ordered his 2 cups of ice cream were overfilled that when the girl tried to close it she had to clean it up a little since some came out. I will not come back and if I do best believe I will definently say something if I see I don’t get served right.

Service was good. Dining environment needs to be more accommodating to sit down with 3-4 people comfortably. Don’t plan on eating in here. We paid $10.79 for a small “Like it” size chocolate ice cream with walnuts and marshmallows. It was too big. Please make a smaller size option. That’s insane. It was delicious; however, not worth the price and we didn’t need that much. Cold stone franchise team needs to do something or you going to price these places out of existence.

Kid with the Glasses looked and acted like he didn’t want to be there. He barely cut the cookies in half and folded the ice cream over it like a blank let and didn’t mix it at all. I got an Oreo overload with him and my husband got his signature ice cream with another guy that did I great job and was nice. I come pretty frequently to pay $30 for ice cream and the experience. This is the first time I don’t tip and it’s very disappointing. I hope he gets retrained because he needs it.

Without a doubt the stupidest Ice cream chain on earth . What kind of ice creamPlace doesn’t make hot fudge sundaes ? And if I’m wrong and they do then please fire the stupid employees working here . Kids who look at you like you have 2 heads cause you want what people have wanted for over a 100 years going into an ice cream parlor . Like the whole stupid gimmick of making home spun ice cream on a slab is useless if the employees can’t even explain what your freaking options are !Like hello ???? Can someone teach these stupid teens how to talk to customers ????

So I know that Cold Stone carries a lot of stuff, but I have a nut allergy. I made sure not to get nuts in my order. I didn't get to dig into my ice cream when I got home due to the lid not fitting correctly (either it was the wrong size lid or the girl packed in way more than a small size should have) so I had to let it sit in the freezer after cleaning up the mess it made after mostly melting on my desk. Seriously, was the fridge not working either? It's barely a 5 minute drive home and I didn't even leave it out for two minutes before it melted everywhere. In any case, when I did get a chance to have it today, guess what? Nuts, at the bottom of my cup, and I didn't see them until I ingested some by mistake. I have taken the proper procedures to keep myself safe and will continue to monitor my health, but seriously?? You guys need to make sure that your tools are clean! If someone has anaphylactic shock due to this sort of contamination, that's bad news for EVERYONE.

Ordered ice cream from you guys. It was delivered. The driver said there was a problem with the order I did not notice. The only problem was I paid for size and you guys gave me one size, smaller and stuck it in the container for the right size that I was supposed to get. Not sure if that’s how you handle your business but that is very unprofessional and I will make a visit to the store. . Did
Came in and was turned away at 940 by employees telling us and another group that they had already cleaned and we would be adding work for them if we ordered. Wth?

Absolutely the worst customer service...purchased a cake that was completely wrong from it said on the packaging. Call and the "Shift lead" was clueless..probably the one who made the cake.
