I had Josh (asst) mgr today i go there periodically and the food as always is perfect. The store is always clean to include the bathrooms. The service is always 5 stars from ordering to bringing the food to the table and going back for an extra spoon. Very courteous to the customers.

Great dining area with indoor and outdoor options. I especially appreciate that there are plenty of seats because with children, ice cream can be messy. Definitely would recommend if you are in the area.

I use the DQ app. to order conveniently and to get app.-only deals. However, when I pick up my orders, I still have to wait for my order because the order takers never acknowledge my existence, even though I'm standing under the "mobile order pick-up" sign. And there's never ketchup in my bag, so then I have to ask for ketchup. Please step up your customer service game; you're "this" close to perfection.
