I had an amazing experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken! The food was everything you’d expect—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The spice levels are spot on, so whether you want just a little kick or full heat, they’ve got you covered.
What really made the visit stand out was the exceptional customer service from Tony. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, checked in to see if everything tasted good, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s not often you get that kind of personal attention at a fast-casual spot, and it truly elevated the whole experience.
I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the chicken, but because the team (especially Tony) made it such a great visit. Highly recommend!

Abil, Jerry, and Daniela did a fantastic job today. I love the treatment, the energy, and I definitely love coming to this location.

Dave’s is always good but what made it extra special is Jerry. He’s polite, kind and very welcoming.

I had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken today! The food was on point, fresh, and packed with flavor, but what really stood out was the service. Abel went above and beyond to make sure I had a great visit—super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice when the food is amazing, but the service makes you want to come back, and Abel definitely did that. I’ll for sure be returning!

I cannot say enough good things about the young man at the counter. This is my 3rd encounter with him and he is always energetic, friendly, and very helpful. The consummate employee in my opinion. He said his name is Abel.
He represents the store and your business extremely well. I work in customer service myself and familiar with CAS surveys, he’d rate a 10 all 3 visits. Being older myself, Ive seen my share of surely, entitled younger people working in fast food and have become quite jaded. My encounters with this young man has given me some hope that not all is lost on the youth and got me to write review as well. In fact, this store has been run right from the beginning. My encounters with other staff in the past have always been pleasant and leaves me with a smile on my face. I’ve witnessed the place pretty busy with pepple in line and the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive to everyone. Y’all need to bottle that up and pass it around. Only 2 other places that come as close with this kind of customer service in my opinion is In/Out staff and that other chicken place. Great job Team!!! Despite having a good chicken sandwhich I definetley would not patronize as often if your customer service was off. So, yes it still matters.
The music selection also helps too- please dont change that :)
