Best Happy Hour! 2 for 1 drinks everyday! Great staff! Luke, Anthony and Divina (I think that's her name) are awesome, Jeremy is really cool too! General manager Brett? Is a great guy as well! The rooftop is where all the fun is, until the basement opens!

just basic everything. good spot for happy hour but food was nothing to talk about. drinks were just okay, my rye was served in a dirty glass but not priced like a dive bar. the patio is nice for groups although esp with fire pits there.

This place was great upstairs on a Saturday afternoon. Had some good tunes playing and good amount of people upstairs. Food and drinks on point. But it's hard to know if place was open since downstairs was empty. I had to walk upstairs to know if open. But a place to stop by in oceanside.

Used to love coming here, now know why I haven't been in a while. Slow afternoon I was handed old moldy menus and missing pages. Waiter forgot the chips and salsa I ordered. Food was still good.

Great little roof top. The entrance can be a little scary. But as soon as you find the stairs all is good again!
Upstairs older kinda run down bar/restaurant. Much reminiscent of the 'Ol Tijauna bars & clubs of the late 80's-90's era. Food was ok, customer service needs "much" improvement. Guess they must be doing ok considering the looks & condition of the joint. Might wanna wear gloves when handling the menu, real disgusting... never seen such a horrible menu, really people! Enter at your own risk!

I give one star, only because I can't give zero. This place was incredibly disappointing. It was my first time coming, I went on a Wednesday about 5pm. It's 2 stories but I guess they only open the top during the week, except for Thursdays, thats when they allow guests downstairs. Anyways, we went upstairs, it wasnt crazy crowded. Maybe a total of about 20 people. One of our friends waited about 30 minutes before the bartender took his order. There was only 1 bartender and 1 waitress working. The waitress wasnt really "waitressing" either. She was in the back cleaning dishes and stuff. So if you wanted to order you had to go up to the bar. My other friend waited almost 20 minutes before the guy acknowledged her and once he did he said something along the lines of "you gonna give me an extra 15?" To which she said no, and then he told her he would make his way around to her eventually. The service and wait time was so bad, I legit left and went across the street to Alfredos Mexican Food and ordered there. That place was pretty good. The guy gave me a complimentary drink. I will never come back to Cabo's. We came here originally because they have a good happy hour special. But after seeing how they run things here, I'd rather just pay full price somewhere else. Also, there are no bathrooms upstairs, only downstairs, and there is only 1 stall. The females bathroom has a broken hand dryer. It was also kind of ghetto and not very clean. Thumbs down.

Didnt even order, came in sat down expecting to order....of the couple people that were there no one ordered food. Considering the menus looked like they havent been updated since the place opened, old wrinkly and sticky. Never ordered just got up and left

The downstairs area is not much to look at but when you get upstairs it is very nice. As long as the weather is good. We had lunch there and some drinks and we enjoyed the view and the good weather.
