I went to pick up a doordash order for a customer at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday when I got there, the gentleman working the drive-thru window told me that the burger could not be made because the station was already clean. They also couldn't make the shake. The issue is that they close at 12:00 a.m. and it was 11:00 p.m. so they cleaned the station an hour before closing. The reason this is an issue is because not only is a customer not getting his order but it's also screwing me over as a driver as well. My cancellation rate goes up therefore making me look bad.

Came through there at 9:00 at night, ordered two fish tacos and they were both Frozen. Took them back, and the night manager had no apologies, just told me to wait and then just toss them across the counter when they were done.

I went here for the first time. I bought a double del cheeseburger and used a bogo coupon. I bit into the burger, and I had a long blonde hair in my mouth. I threw the burger away. Yuck ?

All I can say is that lady that works Friday mornings is the reason why this place is a one start I didn’t ask for her name but she is short with tattoos on her arm . One napkin per item like I asked for extra napkins but okay now the amount of sauce I got for my food it’s like outta all the time I come this is what really made me hate Del taco and plus I got a bean cheese burrito and all I can say . Is humble your self girl and Friday morning crew .the only time I can say this is a 5/5 is Tuesday taco night now those are teens but their service is 10/10 they talk to you with respect and happiness , their food is bomb they are for real about their integrity if I had a taco shop I would scoop those 4 boys to work for me 5 stars for them but again I’m giving this a 1/5 .

Disappointed in this location. The service was rude and and abrupt, like I was a bother. The fries were soggy and as you drive out there's a water leak from the roof that goes all over your car. Mind you, I had just left the car wash. Worker said, yeah it's been that way. Also very dirty outside the building. Don't think I'll visit this location again.
