Kelsey was awesome! She’s very friendly and after I asked if I could have a few Parmesan cheese packets and she told me they were out, she let me sprinkle my own onto our pizza with their little parm shaker! So awesome! 🥰

We called in an order for delivery and Lisa delivered the best experience that I’ve ever had at a Dominos. They were down a driver and she was on her own at the store. She called us up to let us know that the delivery would take longer than expected and manages expectations early. I told her I could come and grab the pizzas and she ensured that with the timing that my pizzas were hot and ready. The pizzas were perfect. The cook was great, the cheese was great, the crust was delicious! I know what it’s like to be slammed and unexpectedly short staffed, but she handled it with professionalism and grace. This skin is has never let us down - the food is always consistently good and fast. We will be coming back :)
Had a train to catch in 14 minutes, took me 6 minutes to walk to back. Guy said he could make me a pizza in 7 minutes. I made my train with a perfect pineapple pizza. Those 2 working made my day.

I rarely review anything. I've tried 3 times with this place. I'm done. The last straw was a pepperoni pizza hand tossed that was so badly burnt I had to toss it. Ok...well let's try the steak and cheese sandwich.....same story. I should have just flushed $20 down the toilet. Like I said, the first two tries were no better. I'm a former restaurant owner and chef. I know how hard it is to get and keep good employees. It takes hard work and dedication to run a restaurant, but the bottom line is that every single order should be perfect before it gets to the customer....every single one, every single time. I hope the owner reads this. There's no shortage of available options for customers elsewhere, which is precisely where you'll find me, and probably many of those who no longer visit your establishment.
